Instead of thinking you're not good enough, consider maybe that he wasn't. You're not the one who lied. You're not the one who ghosted. You're not what he threw way, just what he overlooked. You gotta get out of that mindset--and I know that's easier said than done. But why have self-pity, when you're not the one who did anything wrong? It's still going to hurt no matter what--at least for a little while--, but if one thing's for sure, you shouldn't feel responsible.
