Bach is the legend of all time....beginning from his piano works, to cello works, to violin works, cantatas, etc. Whatever he composed, he was always brilliant in them. Plus, his all composition were melodious which made him to be my favorite composer. Million thanks to God that has given birth to Bach. When i listen to him, i feel myself sitting in a church and so close to God. God bless his soul. Thanks for uploading.
I agree partially with you. Although I also believe Music can be appreciated by anyone from any language or culture, IMHO to *understand* it is required to know something about the author´s life and his/her time and place context, sometimes even to know something about the interpreters also help to understand a particular execution...

Whoever reading this comment, I really hope you find peace and strength to live through the day. Whatever you're going through right now, I promise it'll be okay.
Thank you. That is very lovely and generous of you. At the moment my father is very ill but this music is giving me peace and serenity. I hope the music does a similar thing for other people who have loved ones who are extremely ill and also for those who are fighting with severe depression. A friend of mine who is a therapist with people who are addicted to substances said it is hard work being a human being. This is very true but there is Bach and all sorts of other lovely and spiritually forfillling music. Take care everyone.
Quite a nice compilation of these beautiful masterpieces by Bach performed in various tempi with clear yet mild sound of artistic oboe or oboe d' amore and perfectly corresponding sound of the other instruments. The virtuosity of all the artists is truly admirable. Thanks as always!

It looks like there is another piece which starts along the BWV 1056 G Minor Presto around 49:30, which was not segmented properly. Can you please correct it?

Your thoughts are kind and commendable, but you cannot promise any such thing. Nothing gets better.
