if you use heat one day is fine. if you are using no heat the longer you keep them in the better - in my opinion :)

i mentioned it in the video :) i used hairspray after taking the curls down and just wore a bonnet and nothing else. hope that helps!

How do prep your hair for bed to keep your curls 🤔
Put it in a pineapple and cover it with a big bonnet. I've seen a lot of people do that and it worked for me.
