I thought except decagrammaton that himari research about them in event, other raids fight only happen in sensei dream or smth (but then there's Rin at raid operation screen), like when maestro send weak hiero to fight in story, he said that he will make hiero finish and let's meet again in dream. So he talks about raid introduction huh, like all introduction happen in sensei dream but we actually canon faced them before final volume.
