Most likely she thought she hallucinated, so she didn't bring it up with the others to avoid embarrassing herself or making a fuss. Actually common in horror or supernatural novels.

Cause if its only her then from their point of view she would just be walking around in circles right? And yet clearly the lights flickered off for a few moments and when it stopped the students appeared, theres also the disturbing thing that non of them reacted when you place hina near them like usual

I found the theory from Facebook that this is Gregorius, the reason is that Hina is the only one playing the mysterious piano and so the only one experiencing the horror, as if the spirit of Gregorius is actively following her In the Lore, Gregorius is an awful piano player like Hina and wanted to make the greatest music. So his will continue to lives on

Well...in the event story the piano Hina use for practice is from old time Gehenna student who dream to be a good pianist that can sing like Hina did in the party but...he or she didn't good enough to be known and after she leave or something else. She left the piano and a paper of the song Hina play in the abandoned building and let's someone who have a destiny to be with it came to found them. And that person was Hina.
The fact that they didn't even notice Hina was walking around in loops means that it's all in Hina's head. She either got visited by the owner of the pianist or she's been stressing out 😢
I feel this is the ghost of the girl who own that piano she tries to talk to her but don’t know how to express it so she basically chasing her around to say thank you
this is clearly one of the NK ultra projects(MK) experimentation leaking into gehenna as Pandemonium seems to operate on their own with/without Makoto as weve seen with how Satsuki Acts and the prolouge of this Event with Ibuki being the successor/future leader of said project.
This part still intrigues me, we need another follow up to this. It's either gonna be some stupid shit as a comedy filler or it has some mystery backstory to it. Either that or Hina is actually schizo from all the gehenna work
In my headcanon, it's just a Millennium student who somehow developed a prototype optical camouflage suit (Something akin to the one from The Invisible Man 2020 movie) And is field-testing the capabilities of the prototype in Gehenna out of all places

This is one of the set stories of the Curtain Call for the Gehenna Event. Basically, random story and stuff you get Post-Main Event story to get some rewards and more of what has Hina up to. This particular event is one that I found very different from the rest, and it scared me because I don't expect Blue Archive to go Horror all out.
