I personally love how its properly made. Brass components, good solid wood with dove tail joints & an amazing array of personal touches to bring it all to life. It really is a concept of its own. I think the controller & Amiga clock contributes perfectly in design & looks. Hats off to you pal.
One day, they'll be in a museum hopefully. The clockwork autofire is a thing to behold.

The case design itself is gorgeous, but the accompanying joystick (with its mad mechanical autofire) really seals it. Brilliant.
Mad isn't the word - I daren't turn it past 40% power. ;-)
That is the best c64 I've ever seen, and that mechanical autofire is bloody marvelous! :D
I've gever gone past 50% on the auto-fire dial - i'm a wimp!
the autofire is amazing.. mind you the entire set up is
Ta - it's a pleasure just to watch the mechanism thru the window, Paul has an amazing imagination. I daren't turn it to full power - even half power fires like a nail gun!
