I'm a huge fan of the work presented in all your videos. I myself am developing my own pirate game and know the true difficulty in getting even the most mundain aspects to work properly. I am particularly impressed with the fact that the player character doesnt just randomly fly off of the deck when disenguaged from the wheel, a problem i nearly pulled all my hair out trying to fix. I know for sure the little kinks here and there are going to be squashed sooner or later, devs that make sailing games are obsessed with the details, we know what's wrong, it will be perfect ( for what we intend it to be anyway). I wish all the devs great luck in getting this game to the point of their perfection, and im so here for it when i can get my own hands on it. Fair sailing on the never seas🎉
To be fair it looks like a merge of ac4 and sea of thieves. No notible realism or physics though. it is sad that these things are neither needed by the audience nor are easy to create by the developers. God bless following seas
Fixing broken in half mast by pushing a key? Really ? Guy raising anchor all the time. Cannons firing like fire-catapults. Ship turning like a speedboat. Swivel guns at the bow of the same size like the standard ones. And the boarding.. what kind of crap is that?
This is early development build :) Everything is subject to change in the future, but anyways, we'll mark those for closer look once their time will come, thanks for mentioning.
you're a strange dude, the developer shared the gameplay, didn't force you to buy the game, didn't force you to watch it. And the first thing he will see is a comment from a random dude on RUclips (who has not played and has no relevant opinion), comparing the game to garbage, absolutely without any basis. if all the players consisted of you, not a single game in the world would come out

Thank you!
By the way, you may request playtest access in our discord any time to try out yourself and share your own impressions. ;)
Ohhhhh man this looks great. I know there’s kinks to work out but I’m pumped for this

Those are highly niche requests, mostly people want to have fun in games, realism kills fun at some point
