it's really kind of mesmerizing to watch her swing action at the different speeds and you can see just how the body has to move to have an efficient and pleasing swing. i will watch it again a few times and it might teach me in my mind how to do it and not hack so much at the ball. a lot can be learned from watching yiruna swing, thnx.

Yes, it can move slightly down and/or back, but in general, this is a great tip! Pretend your head is in a vise. Your lower spine can move forward, but keep the upper end anchored in the same spot in mid-air.
