Not only do they all work extremely hard to bring us a great show every season, but they, particularly Sam and Cait, have done hundreds, if not thousands of interviews, talk shows, videos, podcasts, red carpet events, fan events, conventions, zoom calls, photo shoots, etc… It’s really hard to ask unique questions and I imagine hard to give fresh answers. They have been working non-stop, whether on Outlander or other projects, not to mention whatever is going on in their personal lives. I’m sure this past week has been exhausting, even though they enjoy being in the “eye of the storm” for the Premier. They have deep affection for one another and are hilarious and irreverent. Josh truly enjoys them and the feeling from the cast is mutual. Very entertaining!

Hi yes they do work very hard but you just don’t stop everything that really turned on most of us on and everybody really loves that they are great actors and I would never go back on that. They’re the best ones I’ve seen and I can’t tell you how long actually we love both of them truly, I just thought seven would really be great when it came to that it’s not just myself missing it. I’m sure there’s many others but it is what it is they they’re great they’re wonderful love the two of them.❤️

From what I've read they are not taking it to book 9 so I'm saying I think it would be lovely if they did with Outlander what was done with Downton Abby. This was such a chaotic interview. The first interview panel I've watched and didn't like. I'm not surprised that Sophie uses RUclips for acting tips. 😂 I'm also not surprised that she is too self involved to answer a text.
Great interview with Josh, as always the best. One question that kind of ticked me off...not the first time, either. Josh asked for hidden talents and we know all of them....Rik and photography...Sophie dancing ballet....Cait directing. Then Cait says that Sam works out.really? Come on...Sam has more talents than any other, starting with juggling. He is an author, a producer of his own show MIK...an entrepreneur extrordinaire....a mountain climber and so much more. To say his "talent" is working out...period...annoyed me. He is such a gentleman...would never respond by putting out the other stuff.
I agree. I don't think it was said with ill intent, but it felt like the same kind of annoying stereotyping that we've seen Sam subjected to in so many interviews. It would seem it's always "what is your workout routine" or "what do you wear under your kilt". As if he has nothing else to offer but his physique. I don't know. I think it was said as a form of banter but... it was annoying.
I also agree Leslie, Sam is all you say and much more, he is a very personable celebrity who was raised to respect others, an admirable quality that’s quite rare these days, like you say the sad kilt jokes aren’t worthy of him and get very tiresome after so long! we are about to see in S7. what Sam is capable of, not that we don’t already know what a phenomenal actor he is 😘
I absolutely LOVE Richard's Scottish accent! Sam has a hybrid Scottish/English accent that is still sexy as all HELL, but I have a thing for Scottish accents!
I thought the interview was fantastic. Watching these people in real life really makes you realise what good actors and actresses they really are. I love the British Isles I love Scotland, England Ireland. I love all the work that goes into outlander and I really thought that they were the people they portray but after I saw them being themselves, I really realised what great actors they are. They are all playing a part and they do it so well.

And the advertisement in between, well, well. Sad can be transformed into happy. Love it and as Richard said: built an outlander multiverse. And what Sophie said to all the people who had that horrible experience of sexuall abuse: THERE IS HOPE!!!
Pretty sure Jamie's ghost is him dream walking in the future (I haven't read all of the books, so no spoilers please). Not looking forward to the last season.... I don't want Outlander to end. 😭
The first three seasons were the best, imo. After they arrived in the US things weren’t as good. I loved it all, the first three seasons just happened to be the best of the best.
