after watching this series, i saw there are actually a bunch of people on youtube who created A.I d'n'd with trump and rogan and honestly this is by far the best one. the best script and just hilarious
I hate the "all presidents" trope. It's never as funny as people think it is
My problem with the other ones is that it's usually the three presidents Trump, Biden and Obama. And that can only go so far, and can get stale very quickly. You need other characters that actually get along with each other to have any fun.

i liked how dm gave Tronald an opportunity to make a roll to determine if could accomplish his suggestion of using message as a bonus action. It demonstrates a great alternative to use, and how to apply game mechanics. The AI must have used the mechanics and the rules to accommodate unique actions and it is actually very enlightening.
@@mitchellclark3070 I don’t think the AI came up with that (or any of the things that have happened in this campaign for that matter). I think that the only thing that the AI is used for is for the deepfake voices. From my understanding, the content creator/channel owner (The AI guy) legitimately rolls the dice for the pre-planned encounter, and then he uses the actual rolls that he rolled (not scripted, predetermined rolls) to create a script based off the rolls. Then he feeds the script into the AI to produce the deepfaked voices of the various celebrities.
In other words, all credit for the plot (besides the rolls themselves) goes purely to the content creator (the AI guy) not some AI itself.

Ah the classic Divination Wizard+Lucky combo to puppeteer an entire encounter. Fun to see it play out considering how often it's put on the naughty list in a lot of 5e groups 😂
I don’t think you can use lucky on other peoples’ saves, but luckily (eh?) it didn’t matter it was portent that did the job in the end.

A bit disapointed that Samuel didn't get any final words. Y'know some interaction between the party and their dying ''friend''. But in the end, this is absolute gold! Please make more. The characters are beautifully written, share their own specific personalities, and its so amazing to see these interact.

These fights are absolutely nuts. The Wizard vs Necromancer struggle was so unexpected, but I imagine Tronald would know from experience spellcasters aren't very strong.

Divinitation wizards for the fucking win. Holy shit this was an intense episode. I really hope this isn’t a permanent goodbye to Samuel L Jackson, though. He brought a great energy to the party.
At I was going to say “his character is definitely dead” but I guess that doesn’t mean he can’t roll up a new one, huh? As long as his voice is still here, it would still be fun to watch.
Then again, I’m sure there’s plenty of other funny voices to use. Maybe it’s best that they leave when they die to make space for new ones.

Well done...the classic mask off was performed exceptionally well and I loved the Tronald tryin to act like he knew the whole time, totally on-brand. The ending felt a bit touched by the hand of god or "on rails" (in the players' favor of course), as it were, but I don't think it detracted much in the end and of course we all wanted to see them come out on top. I was honestly just waiting for the next party member to pop in to save the day so I think this ending was better than that scenario. Keep it up! Can't wait for the 40min episode incoming 🥰

haven't watched it yet, but this series is something i look forward to every week so i popped in to leave a comment and a like. damn i was so excited when it popped on my feed. i don't look forward to anything on tv these days.... but at least i have this. keep up the hilarity, and i sincerely hope you take Tronald and Raarh into the high levels. i know things get more complicated the higher the levels (and hence far more work per episode), but if anyone can make it work, i'm sure you will.

I’d like to play rules lawyer for a few things in this fight: 1 elons homunculus servant should have evasion meaning if he saved against fireball it would have taken no damage. 2 chef Ramsey should have danger sense at level 2 meaning he’d have advantage to save against the fireball and even if he failed he would be able to use relentless endurance to remain at 1 hp. 3: technically you can’t use lucky to benefit anyone else’s rolls and you must call out your portent rolls before the roll is made. But still it was a really cool and interesting fight regardless.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this series.
Not.only is it hilariously entertaining, but for a new DM like myself, it is a masterclass in running a Game.
My only critique so far is Gylro's death. Since Samuel's character didn't do much in the story so far, he was just kinda there not even having a lot of jokes, his death was a bit random. From storytelling perspective I would say he didn't "earn" his death, he didn't have moments to get us attached to him, to feel sad about his death. Even if he will revived later this criticism still stands. I know that in D&D games it is like that, a bit random but it's not a real D&D game, it is scripted so it would be better to use that advantage.

It's incredible how you up the quality of this series video by video. Though I have to point out that one cannot use Lucky on other peoples rolls except attack rolls made against the feat user.
Furthermore, Portent has to be used and decided before the actual roll is made. Tronald cannot decide to revoke someones already determined failure.
Cheers dude!.. it has been a LONG time since I've read the PHB in its entirety, my memory of rules has kind of become Chinese whispers overtime in how I play my homegame! 🤣 There are a couple of things that 'Joe' will probably alter slightly compared to the RaW and chalk them down to 'homebrew' if anything becomes too OP though I'll have Joe 'fix' it 😆
