@@FluidmasterInc I did. They were no help. The answer is pry them off with a screwdriver and hope it doesn’t break the porcelain.

@@FluidmasterInc I already got them off. You make a video about it but it’s not in your instruction manual your customer service people don’t know how to do it and you can’t give a simple answer. Just put it in the instruction manual so people know
@@ecc315 if you watched the video you should know how to take them off. Screw it counterclockwise and remove the bolt. Just the opposite of how it was installed. Duh
