I just recently had an android tablet installed in my 2010 Honda Accord and I kept the factory radio as well. The factory radio works but the radion on the tablet don’t, no sound instagic sounds, and in the starting wheel control when I try to raise the volume up and and down while listing to music it usually changes from AUX to AM and FM and so on. Would you be able to let me know what may have been hooked up wrong ? Thanks.
I bought a 7023b for my 2007 suzuki.swift. Iconnect the.cables and everything work very good except the steering wheel controls.I got into steering wheel settings to program the buttons but nothing. Any ideas for connectios I should try? There is no brown cable on my radio. Only yellow,white,red, purple,blue,black,grey. Grey is connected with the rear camera,red and yellow is connected with 12v and constantly power and black is connected with the ground. My factory steering wheel diagram says I must connect green cable and a black/yellow as a ground. I connect the black/yellow with the black ground cable and the green cable with the orange. I then follow your steps to program them but i dont get anything.still.
@@nestorautorepair Thank you very much for the video. Everything works like a charm now! The problem was the Chinese iso harness that came with the 2Din. It was a different cable colour than the instructions said. It was the white cable and not the orange! I found that by testing the remain cables one by one! Ohh well the best way will be to connect all the wires to make it work and see what wire you have extra and play with those I I don't know the exact color on that car too new for me lol

Hi i bought a very similar unit, a 7018B and it´s is connected to a Nissan Versa 2018, my problem is this: The wiring of the car has 2 Key lines and a ground, the stereo has only one key line and the ground. With the help of a multimeter I measured the resistance of both wires when I press a button and found that the car´s key 1 line gives the signal of Volume + and - and the Key 2 line gives the signal of Mode, channel up and down, phone call and hanging the phone. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Thank you in advance.
Did the car have an external Bluetooth module, and if it does, did you unplug it? I am trying to install an android radio on my 2014 CRV and it has a handsfreelink external bluetooth module. Also the radio came with a canbus module, but only volume and source buttons are working, call buttons are not. I was thinking maybe I can remove the canbus and connect the Key 1 cable and setup the buttons directly on the radio.
Hi can you help me out I have a 2010 dodge journey I have installed an xtrons TSD100L with a connects2 harness and a ctmultilead.2 universal patch lead I have plugged it all in and wired key 1 key 2 and GND to the corresponding wires on the Head Unit I have tried to set the buttons on the settings on the head unit but it's not registering them am stuck at this point
Hey I connected the two pink wires together and 2 brown wires together. My steering buttons are working now but I can’t set them up properly in the settings. When I press on VOL+ it get a check mark and then when I go to setup the VOL- it gets rid of the check mark from VOL+. Plz help

Sometimes I have no sound like the amp is not turning on. I can hear a low humming noise coming from the speakers when the amp does turn on. Thats how i know if the sound with work. When I don't hear that sound i unplug the interface wait like 10 seconds then plug it back in. Sometimes the amp will turn on after doing this first unplug. Sometimes I will unplug and plug back in 8 or 9 times sometimes it turns on sometimes I rage with out music. I checked the fuse and the fuse is good. Any one know whats going on?

So would it be safe to assume that you connected your Key1 to CanH or CanL and then ran the deck ground the the Can that you didn't use ? eg. Key 1 to Can-H and Can-L to Ground?

A key2 wire just allows a second analogue signal to be used in addition (I use a key1 +ground and key2+ground in our mazda5 as it has *resistive* steering wheel controls with two different paths - one for most controls and one for just the "phone" button which in the oem set-up only routes to the bluetooth box.
@@nestorautorepair not really, I did some research and found that every car manufacturer have a different resistance for every steering wheel button you press and that's how it works pretty much.
@@nestorautorepair I thought the mirroring was built into Android auto, apparently it is not. You have to install the mirroring app on both devices. Not sure if this is the issue, but worth a try!

Not the car, the radio has the Bluetooth , you can try unplugging it and doing it direct
