I saw VK build and your build, but i dont think you can compare it apple to apple coz: 1. You utilize all skill slot for damage while VK using teleport which doesnt gave any boost or damage. 2. VK build rely on enhancing DOT using slowtime head, look at his legendary gem, if im not mistaken he use pain clasp, viper bites, bile and banquet. VK and your build is strong but each one have pro and cons.
@@ayam7971 It was interesting to test, and I somewhat wanted to see how my Bile + Viper + Banquet will perform. We still have the option to remove teleport from VK builds and add Arcane Torrent instead. That will bring the damage very close to what I used, just with different set pieces.
@ayam7971 exactly . Mobility was more important for me since I'm first to activate any dung phase quicker. Second I did mention that if you want to increase dps then don't use teleport which obviously did nothing on dummy. And last thing I like to use Vithu's alot but in my party usually is necro with 100% uptime Vithu's and I believe that in a lot of situations simply grace and banquet will do better job. I mentioned all of that though. Still thanks for testing but builds are nearly same tbh.
Kinda. But not really. VK's build is ideal for higher mob density, with quick sprints. Doesn't translate to the dummy very well. But we can all celebrate a far less useless Helm and Shoulders. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow night. Definitely nothing to do with the Black Hole augmentations. But rather... the Sprightspark allowing attacks and skils finally! And just because it will be a fun way to play wiz now. At the same time... I still cannot, for the litteral life of me, understand why Bliz CONTINUES TO NERF WIZ SURVIVABILITY. It's just hilarious at this point. Crustclaw wasn't some op cheat code. It doesn't stop CC. If it did, it would be an instant BIS. But no. It just takes the edge off continual dmg when ice armor is on. What a silly nerf 😂 Here's what I think happened. I think Bliz devs got caught with their slacker pants down and suddenly realized, *"oh no, none of the balenced BG games are getting 65 kills. I have an idea. Instead of doing a deep dive to find the specific reasons why people aren't dying fast enough, let's just make people die faster!"* Lol Barb can avoid CC all day now and get much more kills. That was an instant game changer. They nerf wiz def chest and shoulders. Wiz new bubble and Disintegrate smashing bodies everywhere. BK bat nerf. Nerf siphon blood. They die more. Etc etc... 65 kills is back in business!
All classes are pretty decent. But if you're looking for a very F2P-friendly option among ranged classes, it would be the Necromancer, and among melee classes, the Blood Knight.
go back and watch your video again, with his build you did 54mil and 900k per sec, yours was way better, you did 24mil more damamge in the same amount of time. 70mil damage and 1.2 mil per second. Your also had several times of burst which did 1.6mil per sec at points. his stayed below 1 mil. Also, single target does not do justice to how your character does out in the dungeons or trash or bosses, as you have to move around and dodge stuff
@ApollyonGaming So he wasn't talking about the highest single target damage then? Was he all about the funzies? Can't pretend to have an efficient build if you never use one of the skills.
@@danielj7013 "Not sure what you're trying to get at, but as a wizard player since day one, if I see something that says 'BEST Highest Damage Builds,' I would try it to see if it's actually better than what I've been using. There's nothing wrong with that; many other content creators do the same for various games. Now, I would understand if there's something I said that shouldn't have been said, but I think I was polite throughout.
@@ApollyonGaming You are misunderstanding me. The other person's build you tried first involved a dormant skill. So it can't possibly be the most efficient in single target damage if 25% of your skills aren't used. That's on him, VK or whoever Not you
I gave up on trying to find the new helm essence for wiz after about 3 weeks of long essence grind. I could not find the off hand essence either. That being said testing dmg with 4 pc vithus and 2 pc boe at 2.2k reso using all the same skill minus slow time from the helm but instead scorch to proc boe 2 pc. I was able to get around 1.3-1.4k million dps in 1 minute.

I only tested it since it caught my eye for being the best high dmg builds. So I went to try it out using 6 piece banquet and recorded the process.
@@ApollyonGaming yeah i tested that build too, but since i only use bile for DOT and dont have pain clasp to boost DOT so the damage not optimized….

I tested brightspark and in my vithu’s build it has 100% uptime. Meaning i get 50% movement speed boost all the time LOL…

You missed Amulet of Bouquet set, therefore you were using only 4 items property
3:37 I already equipped the amulet and can be seen before I went into test. All 6 pieces of Banquet, so the test is done properly.
