great as usual madam, very well explained and simplified but still extensor compartment structure get smudged n difficult to resolve.
kindly take a video on hip imaging and pathologies
thanks a lot 🙏
extensor compartment is difficult as the tendons are very thin.... good protocol, dedicated coil can make life easy....also look out for edema on fat saturated images and concentrate on that compartment. When in doubt knowing the mechanism of injury and dynamic ultrasound can come very handy. I will be discussing the various mechanisms of injuries in the next video.
thanks for your hints madam
Madam please do thumb anatomy as well
Sure will do that....thank you for the suggestion
The thumb please .
we will surely come up with it in future
Thank you everyone for wonderful comments

@@drchaitaliparekh9940 thank you . Waiting for it !!!!!
Man what marker to be used
You can use Vit E capsule/ Evion as marker
Dr Chaitali Parekh mam thanks
You don't use T1 ?
only for infective, inflammatory and tumor cases. No added advantage with T1 images in internal derangement. Fractures and soft tissue injuries are well seen on Pd non fat saturated images
Thumb anatomy plz
