Kitten tested positive on snap test but negative on ifa test, this kitten i got from a tica registered cattery, cat mom and other babies tested neg, will my kitten eventually test negative or eventually stay positive kitten is only 12 weeks
Thanks for posting....my foster kitty mario is felv positive. Is the ifa appropriate for him and have you heard of transfer factor or a drug called lct i think? Thanks.
do you have any experience with "faintly positive" snap tests? I recently adopted a cat from the SPCA and they do not test for felv. I tested at the clinic and it was "faintly" positive. He is otherwise healthy and emerg panel for neuter was unremarkable. I have him isolated but he was initially exposed to my vaccinated, felv- cat (no contact and no sharing of litter/dishes but occupied same space). Should I at this point submit IFA or should I wait and retest in 60 days?
@FeralInferno I just adopted 2 stray 6 to 7 week old kittens someone caught. They had mom spayed abd older siblings. Bo was negative but girl was faintly positive. They want me back in 30 days to test again. How did yours turn out.? Thank you for your time

I have a stray cat that faintly tested positive on the test, which gives me a small glimmer of hope. How did the situation go with your cat?

16:28 laughter? That seems pretty odd and in poor taste given the topic. I don't get it...
