Hey buddy it happens you just need to send an email about your refusal and tell them you want refund with email attach your refusal letter and send it on student fees then they will apply for refund no need to access portal for it

They usually reissue the offer letter and dont worry if in offer Lett anything else is wrong Officer would issue Reuest Letter and let you upload the new reissued offer dont worry

You dont need to confirm invoice now when your classes is going to start for September 2022 they would mail you for visa registration when its done than confirm invoice now it would say no outstanding ammount for sep 2022 student 🤗🇨🇦
