That means the bearing ball is not yet be punched into the ink filling hole while customers receive our empty 45 cartridges. Secondly, if customers would like to refill their 45 cartridges after using up, what most remanufacturers do is to punch bearing ball into the filling hole because there is no better solution to take the bearing ball out of ink filling hole.
