Tbh its better than the "studio series" high octane bee. Its just beautiful in both modes
There is no official SS High Octane Bee yet. The Buzzworthy one was paired with Stinger but it isn't the actual one. It will probably come in a year or two since we got 07 bee in 2019, RotF Bee on 2021, and are getting DotM bee this year.

Damn that looks good. Nice one and I always agree with you on your take on KOs since my first one is the BBM Optimus in Nemesis recolors. It wasn’t perfect but at least it was alright.
If they released a Studio Series Cyberfire Bumblebee with the clear plastic replaced by painted opaque, I'd instantly buy it no matter the price.

My opinion: that deco works WONDERS in robot mode... vehicle mode not so much. It looks a bit "futuristic" at times, but at other times it just looks like a crappy paint job. As much as I love the idea of giving the high octane deco to the more modern Camaro... I think it could've been done better.
That 3P thing needed to be 20% smaller and the head needed to be 20% bigger cause the improvements they did to the mold are awesome and seem even better than MPM3. And yeah, I'd love for studio series to do some more repaints! Better than filling in the space with G1 nonsense!
On the topic of old repaints, I think the new Amazon wreckers' bulkhead gives me that vibe of late 2000s repaints just for the sake of filling out the shelves. Still wish it was a new character tho, remolded out of the mold or entirely, or an animated reference at least
The proportions are actually pretty good, EXCEPT THE HEAD. It's tiny compared to how it should be. Messes everything up. It happens on a lot of movie toys, since they're supposed to have more human-like proportions, but a larger head is harder to fit inside a vehicle mode.
That is a really cool looking robot mode. Dunno if I like the vehicle mode but it's still a cool figure
I like when KOs improve existing figures.

ngl this toy is something i would have killed for as a kid, a giant bumblebee figure in this cool paint scheme.
I suggest you try Zeus Toys Shockwave! It's a KO of the studio series Shockwave with 5 LEDs, 3 for the cores, one for the eye and one for the cannon. It has some joint issues but I've had the figure for quite some time and it has fallen a few times but it has not come close to breaking. I suggest you try it out!

This bot mode is pretty cool. The body parts are a bit weird but hey, I like how he looks.
This definitely has inspiration from the two cars you'd get if you got the special edition of Transformers The Last Knight the other being Optimus Prime

The finish reminds me of the high octane Bumblebee from Transformers prime, perhaps because of how minimalist it looks
Really this bumblebee is beautiful the problem what is the size and transformation because it becomes more difficult to be bigger
I guess its original 12" master piece scale . Theres got to be a market out there for that size or these companys wouldnt keep making all these oversize figures

I hate the new SS49 bumblebee mold but this KO actually makes that mold look pretty decent
Do the headlights light up? Would be cool if they turned on. I just bought one and in the description it said the eyes and cannon have light FXs.
this just reaffirms my idea that if all the studio series figures were one scale up they'd be perfect. most deluxes don't land and most voyagers are too small.
I recently got a mp soundwave ko the paint for some parts wasn't applied properly and the eject button doesn't work
