Nice home. Cozy but not ostentatious. I was surprised by the small size of the master closet. The front porch is awesome. Large enough for rocking chairs for old people like myself. The upstairs area is what I envision the second floor to be. Great choice of homes to share. Nice job, as always.
I'm not a fan of family rooms so close to the bedrooms. Evenings would have to be quiet if there were young children or even older ones that had to be up earlier for sports. I would have to do some reconfiguring.
Great home! If the second floor had a kitchen it could be a house in itself! Nice size bedrooms and the porch is huge. Nothing like a porch. Like your cowboy hat, Chance! Keep up the great work 👍
Hi Chance, it’s good to see you. Oh, this is a lovely home!!! Love the porch; add a swing & listen to “Swingin’”, by John Anderson. Only, I’m not Charlotte Johnson!!😄 The inside is amazing!! 2 living rooms! 🤭 You could put two families in this one!! Thank you Chance for sharing this with us. I appreciate all you do, & for making each home tour enjoyable to watch. Lord bless you & your precious family. Love & Prayers, ❤️👏🙌 I like the hat!! You look like a cowboy!!
This is beautiful and definitely the most unique so far! I love two-story homes maybe because I grew up in a three-story home and it just feels more homey. I prefer for all of the bedrooms to be upstairs for privacy reasons. I don't like the idea of guests coming through the bedrooms. That said, I like the way the master bedroom is not directly off the living room in this home. I think the only change I would make in the entire house would be to move the half-bath to the other side of the house maybe by the laundry room to keep guests away from the bedroom. I loved the glass in the front door and side panels and the lower kitchen cabinets (the uppers looked like a darker tone but that could have been the lighting or just how it shows up on my screen). Love the square sinks in the bathrooms and those faucets! Tile shower is just gorgeous! Take it easy, Chance! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us on Thursday night. Even more unique than this?
Hi! Chance I am in love with this home , and your such a sweet guy , my son says I'm in love with you LOL! but I just love the way you show houses , I am a 66 year old woman who gets on RUclips and watch different things cooking sewing and homes and you are part of my entertainment , since the pandemic I am spending more time at home . THANK YOU !
My Favorite 2 Story Modular or Stick Built so far & will be hard to beat! I love this house, the Floor Plan is.Great, & the House isn’t over done. Love the Upstairs, only change would be to have Double Sinks in the Second Bathroom. Love the Downstairs, would add a Fireplace & Entertainment Center to Living Room & would change the Island in Kitchen to one with less angles & with a Raised Bar to eat on or for kids homework & Prep Area on Kitchen Side w/maybe a Vegetable Sink. This house is really beautiful & very Family Friendly, love It!!!
I'm loving this!! Now it makes me wonder could they build a huge ranch style home with everything on one floor? I would give anything to see that. And it had to have 2 Master bedrooms, plus another 3 added to the ones I just saw here. Those bedrooms are spacious and that front porch I'm loving it. Thanks for showing this to us Chance. Have a very blessed night.
I live outside of Morgantown West Virginia. This is the normal arround here. I've been watching you for a long time. I swear I heard you say your in Bucannon WV? Your about 1hr from us. I thought you were in the south. Anyways we're in the counrty and it's made up of 100yr old homes or New homes. Our neighbor was building and we noticed 5 single wides being brought in. We at 1st thought they were construction trailers. Our opposite neighbor built a 800k brick estate so we assumed this home was going to be similar. Fast forward 1 week & a big crain, ...theres a HUGE 2 story home built and homeowner was moving in. It was the coolest thing ever! Glad to see ya closer to the mason dixon :)
@@chanceshomeworld That's awesome! Small world. I like Paradise Homes, Middletown homes, and American Homes. Now there's another Middletown Holmes in Fairmont 10min S of Morgantown. They have several 2 story homes and they just received all new homes this last month. We're in the process of getting a NEW home again so we've looked at sll of them recently. I think Paradise and American homes have the biggest bang for our buck.
Beautiful house I love everything about it I also noticed there's no pantry however the laundry room closest could work as a pantry just add shelving!!💗🏠💯
Oh Chance, this is an absolutely beautiful home! It belongs on a country farm with a pond out front to enjoy from the porch swing! And a garage. Every room was gorgeous, the whole house was my favorite part! Thanks for another great tour!
Oooo wee!!! Brother Chance, wow, this one truly spoke to me! Wish we were in the market and position to move, this could work for our family. Absolutely loved it! The open area upstairs would be a Rec/game/movie/study space (some nice shelve desks attached to the wall with a big screen above it ), ooo man, one day, one day, God willing. I appreciate how you are able to offer us many options to tour. How's that horse cowboy, love your humor🤣. Thank you and blessings to you and your lovely family. 🤲🏽🙏🏽😊🎉
I’m glad to see this model has room for an elevator there next to the stairs. I’m a disabled veteran and have a difficult time with stairs. Good video. Thank you for this tour.
Hi Chance....love all the skirting around the whole house 🏠...very classy... the front porch is awesome...enough room for rocking chairs and a table....love the hickory cabinets....the storage under the stairs would put this on a foundation and stairs to the basement...No Pantry..... the decor I did not like and the master bedroom closet was small...love the shower...Be Safe
WoW this is a beautiful home , I'm a PORCH person & I can see the rocking chairs line up across it with some potted plants . enjoyed the video keep em coming.
The most Beautifully thought out manufactured home I've seen I think. I'd love to see a space for a deep freeze somewhere(plenty of space somewhere) I really loved the second living room upstairs,I think all that's really missing is at least 5 acres of land and for it to belong to me!! Good job cowboy!
Thanks for showing Chance yes I would like to see a ranch style 🏠 house with one level 4 bedrooms 3baths and half large kitchen walk in pantry and a 🔥 fireplace.
I went back and forth on whether to like or dislike the video. I love the attitude and personality. You look like a lot of fun. So I gave the like for you. The home itself is huge and beautiful, but for a home that big, the master closet was really small.
The porch and entry door/sidelights are perfect. Living and kitchen seemed cramped to me, but I'm not a fan of the open living, so it takes alot for me to like that. And, where's my giant pantry? 😂 Nice house overall, though. Thank you for another great tour, Chance. Blessings.
You had me from the white vinyl siding, black shutters, and huge front porch. Now this is the perfect farmhouse! Thanks for another unique home and entertaining video... now I've got to go get the eggs from the hen house and feed the horses.... God Bless and see you Thursday.
Thanks Chance/Buddy, I’m looking forward to next z Thursday to see the property you mentioned, that will be available to see next Thursday. Thanks Buddy!!!!!
I do so like the main bedroom on the first floor with the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Glad to see you are showing more modular homes. Liked this home a lot! Good job! Wow that is some price 🤔
My favorite part of this home would definitely be the spacious rooms. When I first started watching these tours I'd constantly see homes (still do) where the main focus is always that extra large kitchen/island. It erks me so much. This home focuses more on the bedrooms and privacy 👏 I'd get rid of that half bath and connect it to the main closet 😆 Also, Chance, I hope you read this. I'd love to see a home where the exterior is like this one (old school) but the interior is incredibly modern. It would be such a twist. I love the "country" exterior of a home. It makes it feel welcoming. But modern/luxurious is more of my taste for interior decorating. If you find it PLEASE share it. Thanks for your uploads. This one is definitely a great one (it would have been perfect with an extra room next to the kitchen that can be used as a theater).
Ok ok... You don't have to twist my arm. I'll take it! 😂 A few tweaks and it will be perfect. Can't wait to see the next one on Thursday. Thanks Chance!
The exterior and interior designs are straightforward and simple which is infinitely preferable. All too often, some houses are “overdone” without any need. That being said, the placing of a kitchen facing the living room in is disturbing as there really needs to be some separation between those spaces with very different functions. The rooms upstairs are comfortable with plenty of light.
Only one ramification I would make. There should be a flow in a kitchen from the refrigerator to the sink to the stove and a house that size should have a larger refrigerator. Also a second-story laundry area and a larger utility room to accommodate a larger closet and a freezer . A pocket ceiling on the first floor living room would be very eye-catching and accommodating too.
Very nice! I like the family room upstairs. I’m a bit disappointed with the size of the master closet and the fact there is no water closet in the master bath. I like that the kids’ rooms are nice and big.
Fascinating tour! Please include some indication of the price for each of the houses you tour, along with details on what that price includes (obviously not land, permits, freight from manufacturer to purchaser, plumbing hook-up to city water lines, sewers/septic tank, power, gas).
That living room wall needs to be extended over to the end of the island. That closet under the stairs needs to be an open area. The house is a nice one, but the colors definitely need to be a lot darker. The stairs are going to have to be wider. I can't see getting any large furniture up those narrow stairs without gouging holes in the walls.....which it looks like that did, from that plaster coverup on the wall!!!! LOOOOOOVE that bathroom sink faucet!!! Love the waterpump look!!!
Good job on the video as usual, Chance. But...No Pantry in that big house?! And No coat closet either. That "storage" space under the stairs...it is where the downstairs would be if you had a basement. If you don't, I guess you could use it as storage or as a coat closet! You could also take the space where the sink and cabinets are in the laundry room and enclose the area for a small pantry. I'm also disappointed in the small size of the Master Closet! I was expecting a huge closet with the size of that house! Didn't see a sea in the MAster bathroom shower either. And of course, being handicapped I'd chance the bathtub for a handicapped tub. That family room upstairs...I'd have it enclosed (making sure there was a nice size hallway to the bedroom on other side of it) and make myself a very nice Library/Music Room out of it! So as always, some things I'd change and some things I wouldn't. Liked the kitchen and dining room and living room area, except for no coat closet or pantry and No fire place. I'd probably see if they would let me put a gas or butane burning fireplace (don't like electric ones as if the electricity goes out, you're screwed!), or a wood-burning stove in the living room. I do like the guest half bath, although being next to the Master Bedroom means you would have to keep your bedroom door closed at all times. Which is no problem for us as we do that anyway to keep our pets out of the room. I'd also have to put in an elevator somewhere as I am handicapped to where I can't climb stairs - would put in a ramp for any house not sitting on ground level. Not being able to climb does give me problems sometimes! As you order from the model, seems like they would let you change or add plenty of stuff - as long as you are willing to pay for it, of course! Or maybe they can suggest a model closer to what you actually want? Guess we'd just have to talk to them wouldn't we! Anyway, as usual Chance, good job on the video. It was actually nice to see the upstairs finished this time! God bless you'll. Look forward to Thursday nights video!
I love everything about this home chance This showing whas amazing i Gould live in this home that upstairs is so amazing There is so Mutch room in this home thank you chance for showing us this amazing home Anja
A nice place. First I'd opt for the optional basement and move the furnaces and water heater in the basement. For such a large place it needs a pantry. Maybe that bump-out on the left end could go out maybe 8' more to add room for a pantry. That would also add space at the end of the Living Room but I'd make it a bathroom with a shower. It would be nice to have when coming in from the back 40 and needing to clean up. As has been noted, that Master Closet is too small for a big place. A bump-out just at the bathroom area could add the needed room and put a closet door directly into the bedroom. Where the toilet is is too tight, that could have some space added then.
Very nice home! Love that porch! We actually used to have a home with a porch about that size - it was over 40’ long and we had a swing on each end. How we loved those swings! Back to this home - the only thing I didn’t like was the Master Closet - where was the other half of it??? Ha! Anyway, this is a lovely home with some great features!!! Thanks for another great video!
I'd move the master suite upstairs. Use that downstairs area as an office etc. The door to under the stairs is also for basement access. I do like how they don't have the big tall entry wasting usable floor space for the upstairs. Family friends did that then realized it could have been another bedroom.
I fell in love with this house from the outside. I do not, however, like that all the living room furniture faces the kitchen. That wall definitely needs to be extended. It makes it looked cramped. And coupled with that too-big kitchen island, no...I'd have to take that out and replace it with a smaller one. Other than that, I'm in love with it. 😘🥰😍 Big rooms, lots of windows, classic Americana design. Excuse me now...I've got to go looking for a land lot so I can get one quick. This is my dream home.

The porch is beautiful but it's a good thing there is a family room upstairs because the living room downstairs is pitiful. I love the kitchen cabinets. They are gorgeous. If they put all the bedrooms upstairs the downstairs could be so much nicer.
Nice traditional house ... but I’m more of a single floor modern home ....I hope you find one of those soon hon oh btw adore that front porch space wise it rocks!!😘
Hey Chance. Hope all is well with you and your family. Now let’s check this big boy out. Great front porch. Wow, great entry and living room. Loving the sink under the windows. Nice laundry room. Nice dining room. Great family room upstairs. Great guest bedrooms. Nice guest bathroom. Nice half bath. Wonderful master bedroom. I don’t like those faucets in master bathroom. You did great. Thank you for the tour. In to the next one.
That under the stairs closet would also be where you would put your basement stairs if you put this house on a basement.
That would be my plan.
Thanks Carroll for sharing that!
I was wondering about that. I'd want at least a storm shelter, and I didn't know if you could put them in a modular house.
@@denisedarland3345 you can put them just about anywhere, given enough funds. They can be under a garage floor, and certainly in a basement. You'd want some means of egress, however, if you put a storm shelter in a basement.
Yes, it shows the optional basement stairs in the plans.
For a home this big and beautiful, I'm disappointed there wasn't a Pantry or Fireplace. ❤️
Agree!
I would think in the planning stage you could have them put those things in. It's factory built so you can change anything you want!
Also, I don't like how the closet is open in the master bathroom!!! There is no door to the closet, crazy!!
And linen closets! I kept looking for those!
You can design your home they will make changes

Hello 👋 dear , how are you doing?
I live in West Virginia. I drove by there a while ago. I hope you enjoyed Wild and Wonderful West Virginia
With a big house like that it's very nice to have the master bedroom on the ground floor.
It really is!
I love the master on the ground floor, I did not see a walk-in pantry, but there are an ample number of cabinets and counters.

I think the shower in the Master Bath was bigger than the closet. I think I would give up some of the shower for more closet.

Hello Sharon, how are you doing?
First 2 story I've seen where the top floor is complete. Very nice.
I love everything about this home chance
This showing whas amazing i Gould live in this home that upstairs is so amazing There is so Mutch room in this home thank you chance for showing us this amazing home
Anja
Beautiful home! A simple layout and family friendly. ❤️
Thank you so much!
Love it, I'm going to need a bigger kitchen in all this house.
Love that they have coffee adorn stairs instead of storage
Did like the actual design and look of the kitchen.
I believe the song you are referring to at 1:57 is John Andersons' 1982 hit Swingin'. Beautiful home.
I must say that's an awesome house. I'd just like a huge pantry to go with the rest of this huge house. I'd also like a door to the master closet.
Thanks Nathan!
I'd move the master suite upstairs. Use that downstairs area as an office etc.
The door to under the stairs is also for basement access.
I do like how they don't have the big tall entry wasting usable floor space for the upstairs. Family friends did that then realized it could have been another bedroom.
Omg thank you for touring this... I was just looking at this model online!! I'm absolutely sold now
Gorgeous home! I would turn the closet in the utility room into a pantry and add a bench in the stair nook by the front door.
Thanks for another great one. Be safe and be careful and have a great evening ☺️👍🙏

That is an awesome and lovely home.
That house is perfect, love the porch. Yes I could see it on at least five acres
I'm in love! This is so beautiful. Too bad they don't have any builders in FL
Hey Chance. Hope all is well with you and your family. Now let’s check this big boy out. Great front porch. Wow, great entry and living room. Loving the sink under the windows. Nice laundry room. Nice dining room. Great family room upstairs. Great guest bedrooms. Nice guest bathroom. Nice half bath. Wonderful master bedroom. I don’t like those faucets in master bathroom. You did great. Thank you for the tour. In to the next one.
