You bet! Our Dual-sided Grizzler Plate was specifically designed to fit in all of our ovens. While the height dimensions for our Koda 12 is lower than some of our other ovens, you shouldn't have any issues fit a small spatchcocked chicken in your oven. Sounds like a winner to us! 😍
Yes, you can certainly use your standard fajita seasoning before cooking. As long as you allow that steak to marinate beforehand, you're in for one tasty meal. 😉
@@Oonihq I assume a bit kf stretching is normal then? When I put mine drizzled on the board for the first time their was some smoke and scouting so I quickly removed it as I wasn't sure if this was ok.

You can certainly use your personal cast iron pan in your Ooni!
Does anything need ro be done with the bamboo holding plate like soaking it in water before using it to out the hot plate on it?
That won't be necessary! Our wooden board is simply designed to absorb heat and avoid damaging your cooktop/tabletop. 😊

Is there any concern about the oven stone cracking when putting cold cast iron in after firing up?
If your cast iron is at room temp when putting into the oven, you shouldn't expect any issues 🙂
How is your bamboo resting plate holding up? We used it one time and it was already splitting. Just curious.
