Good recipe-do you like the rice to be broken? I guess that's how it's meant to be. Otherwise we never stir or mix the rice and masala before you put water in it incase they break.

Did u add the rice in raw?
Yes I washed and put rice in.
Could we use same but lamb meat instead
Yes absolutely, just that lamb takes s bit longer to cook.
Recipe please ?
👍
How do you reduce the quantity for one person
Approx half cup rice, also half quantity of spices too. 1 onion chopped. 1 chicken fillet. Hope that helps. 😊
MashAllah 👌
😋👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
If i'm not wrong, I believe Akhni is a traditional Sylheti dish from the Sylheti ethnic group of Bangladesh and india.
Love you Anisa and your recipes!xxx
😘😘💖

Hi , yes we like it like that😁. But if you want to keep the rice a bit. Loose, just add less water, it wil be more like a biryani texture.

Ingredients
Maklike
Background sound doesn't go with your videos. Please try something else.
Leaving the pot open gets rid of the water faster
Maklike agnie indiense kos
There is more flavour in bones with chicken legs thigh etc in aknee fibd breast too dry and dense
Also anisa fresh tomatoes are better as aknee stays golden instead of red colour
Kiya gand ha yeh!! Lol
Gand?? Have u ever tasted akhni? As a Pakistani I had never tasted it before and when I did, I realized how yummy it is.
