I wanted to ask you if you have heard the name 'Lambat's chicken in a basket'? It's baby chicken with crinkle cut chips but the marination they use is Malawian style. Recently I found that taste in Lemon and Pepper restaurant which unfortunately closed down 😞 so can you share a recipe like this if you know. Jzk 🙂
