It's an awesome figure but the hands are a real pain to swap. I've got the Batman style head on it and he's sitting on the McFarlane Joker Dragon-Cycle from Dark Knights: Heavy Metal.
@@ZenReviewZ Yeah, it's definitely a concern given how much force is required to remove them. I've used a little bit of Silicone Shock Oil to help. I've not tried a hairdryer for that particular figure but it's another good option. I forgot to mention that I was surprised that you were unable to remove the cloak. It may be that they're applying glue for a more recent run, as I've had mine for about three years, but mine was not glued at all and came off easily. I've seen others that friends had where it came right off as well.

Same here. It's really a pain, and I'm always worried the wrists will snap.
