Super friendly staff, great location, best view in town and a virtually infinite number of bars and high-class restaurants. Strong beginning and some weak points at the end. Anyway, the London Hilton on Park Lane is one of our favorite hotels in London.

As hilton on park kane employee I have apologise for all short coming but to remind you that hotel was on lock down due to covid19 and most of employees were not working at time.

Hi Hamid! Thanks for your feedback. The same applies to the other 90-100 Hilton hotels we've been to THIS YEAR. ;-)
Was a great beginning with some weaknesses at the end.
One example, where it was amazing, although we've been there exactly the day they reopened after lockdown: ruclips.net/video/hBg-7RrRsBQ/видео.html
Anyway, we definitely will be back, since we still need to try out the Michelin Restaurant - and this hotel definitely has one of the most amazing views in London. Best regards! Alex
This is my usual hotel in London. Nice to see it get a good review! I can't wait to go back to the UK - hopefully this fall.
