I did the trick along with him on my phone and was blown away by how accurate he was with the time - 8.23 precisely - with just random numbers. Brilliant act and great how he involved viewers at home too. He gets my vote! 👏
@@Spurfect81please break this trick down. This show has a lot of staged interactions but show us some proof about your claim of judges are in on it? This would mean that he has to have staged people in the audience at every show he does, and I find it hardly unlikely that he has the payroll to fund that.n
@@Spurfect81 incorrect I’m afraid… as if the judges would give him that advantage. Some methods in magic are clever enough not to need setting up like that.
Dec was given the last six digits in his ear piece. It didn’t matter what numbers the judges gave, the last six numbers could be adjusted to make sure it gave 315,(and whatever time it was at that specific moment)
Dec was probably in on the opening trick which is why the audience members were all given calculators, otherwise it would have looked odd if Dec alone had one. The numbers provided by Bruno, Alesha and Amanda were genuinely random, however rather than add these together, Dec used his calculator to subtract them from the predetermined end total and then provided Trixy with the balancing figure to complete the illusion. Pretty simple when you know how.
Tbh, I knew Dec was in on it but I just assumed he was told the numbers through his ear piece. Thinking about it, I think what you said makes even more sense.
Why is no one talking about how he said nice performance alesha when her performance hadn’t been done yet and it was allegedly suppose to be live?!?!? Also he’s not trying to be all stealthy and cool knowing into the future because she started going all red and nervously laughed and Simon was staring at her in disbelief 🫢 and Amanda sooooo how did no one notice this?!?!?
Okay, I'd like to know how everyone in the dang theater had the _same_ calendar app! Is it the only one available for Android and Apple in the UK? Mine is similar, but not the same. I'm in the US Ah, I guess it doesn't matter. It was a fun performance. Though I would have been more impressed if they used something not as easily rigged as a roulette wheel. But I think Tricksy has a real future in magic. Have a magical day, y'all!💙
The math was unbelievable but the Tony Kaku was sooo predictable! He makes the wheal of fortune to stop at Tony’s name. (Was it a coincidence that Tony is on this season? No way!) Than the filme was easy to do with Tony. And then his appearance was set to be from the Audience and not from the stage!
If Trixy went on Penn & Teller Fool Us he’d get outed instantly. It’s only people who don’t watch magic or understand fundamental tricks that are impressed with this guy. It’s a math trick and a rigged wheel - anyone could do it. Close up magic and sleight of hand takes so much more practice and skill. But people don’t seem to realise this.
@swistren You're overthinking it, mate. Do the trick in reverse, and you'll see how to figure out the number that was needed for Dec to say. He was 100% in on it and was told the number in is ear piece.
I would love to say this is one of the greatest magic tricks ever performed, and give this video a thumbs up. But knowing what I know about magic, I simply cannot arrive at any conclusion of how it was done other than Dec being a stooge, and that's not the kind of magic trick that should win talent shows.
I love this guy. As Alesha and Simon said, he just radiates charm and humility. The magic was impressive, but if I were him, I would have skipped that "Most Amazing Thing You've Ever Seen!" hype before the actual illusions, I would have sped up the calculator number entry a bit, and I would have made a tighter connection between the two segments of the act. Nit-picky, perhaps. Bottom line: I really enjoyed the performance.
Does anyone else feel that Trixy needs to get much quicker at getting into the trick? He’s a talented magician and got the potential but waffles too much.
The calculator trick was clever but the rest of the act was pure nonsense. Using a weighted wheel was SO obvious I'm surprised he wasn't booed off the stage!
I just like to imagine that all these other acts were waiting backstage waiting to be selected. Like Loren Allred travelled all the way from New York just to not be selected 😂 But definitely a magnetised wheel.
