Is this a good combo and do you experience bottlenecks in any games?
I have noticed that in majority of games, CPU temps were higher than GPU temps, but it isn't that noticeable. Also, on the bottleneck calculator, it says Ryzen 5 5500 is too weak for the RTX 3050. Some people say that the best processor for the 3050 is the Ryzen 5 5600X. Thanks for the comment :)

Can i use it for streaming fivem? Many people said it can but not good
It depends on what CPU and GPU do you have. If they are good, you can without any issues.

i use gtx 1650 with i5 10300H AND 8GB RAM and i get 100-140 FPS IN CS2, and u have rtx and get 70fps max ???

That's frequency, but what is a resolution of your monitor. Is it 1080p or 1440p? You can check that on Windows display settings
