So true. For me she was the heart of the show. The "re-boot" is genius! The best "re-boot" ever. Respects the audience, we've matured and they knew that... So it wasn't a cheesy re-boot, it's thoughtful and smart. I'm loving BH90210 and hoping for more🥰🥰🥰🥰

The fact is that Shannen wasnt sharing what was happening to her father, she being very late for the shootings back then as she said, this led to other issues with the cast, only making it bigger, coming to the point that she left the show, unfortunately. But I meant something different - Prue decided to chase Shax in broad daylight in the streets which in its turn led to media shitstorm, Piper getting shot, Phoebe getting stuck in Underworld to rewind time and as a result, Prue's demise. I know the real reason was Shannen's conflicts with producers; but in-verse explanation for me was Prue's reckless risky behaviour and her unwilligness to share leadership with others (Piper tried to disagree with Prue's "plan" but was ignored). I am not Prue's hater, just applying critical thinking

I've always liked Shannen Doherty. Media always wanted to portray her as a drama queen, a "bitch", etc. But she always stood up for what she believes in, and I've always respected that
the media makes what they want out of a situation just 2 get a story 2 sell regardless of the hurt or lies it's telling. male actors in hollywood dont get the same treatment that females actresses do.

Wow. She really sounds like a true cancer warrior and survivor. Your life becomes "pre cancer" and "post cancer" it affects EVERYthing you do. Your body is never ever the same.... exhaustion that can never be fixed with any amount of sleep or rest. Cancer sucks!

Whos here to see that when they did this interview shannen already knows her cancer came back and that she is in denial... shannen recently admitted shes been keeping it private for a year now so that means february 2019 she already knew... and the date this interview has been posted is August 2019... hope she still recovers, strong woman and still very beautiful...
I have always adored Shannen. Shes a great actress who seems to have a big heart. A lot has been said about her over the years, which i dont believe it at all but shes been through a lot and has grown so much as a person. Brenda and Dylan were 90210 for me and i didnt watch much after Shannen left except the 5th season as i liked Tiffani. Glad she came back to BH90210 to honor Luke.

BH 90210 was one of the top 10 best shows in the 90s! I wish Shannen was in more season's but season 4 her last was done very well!! Brenda & Dylan were iconic the two actors had great on screen chemistry you can totally see it.

Yes you will!! I was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012 (somehow my only sibling, my sister, was diagnosed with breast cancer the EXACT same day)! Not making this about us..just showing you how many people survive cancer these days! Modern medicine is amazing (my mom is fighting lung cancer that spread to the brain right now) and she will beat it too!! We are cancer ass kickers and dont you forget that! Cancer can NEVER take your spirit, your heart and love. It just cant ever win. I wish you well.

I love the pictures of them together and having them be a couple on the show they looked so good together. I didn't like it when they put him with Kelly. She was with every guy first Steve then Dillon and ended up with Branden. So glad that she was able to beat her cancer. And so sad that Luke is gone

As far as we know the reboot is 6 episodes. I think the premise is to test the waters and see what viewership is like....so if we want a true reboot we have to keep watching all 6 episodes!! (4 to go). At least that's my opinion. They are pitching it to the network so I can only imagine it will either pick it up...or not ..which will suck
I was 6 years old when Beverly Hills 90210 first aired and I remember being told from my older cousins to hate Shannen Doherty HAHA!!! But my first full episode that I watched from start to finish was the Season 2 episode where Brenda gets held up at gunpoint. That was a great episode and her performance was fantastic!

I have always looked up to Shannen. I started watching her on "Little House on the Prairie" and have loved her since then! What amazing talent and kind spirit she has! I use to think as a teenager when "Beverly Hills, 90210" first came on that Mr. Spelling had people following me because my life was so much like 'Brenda's!!! LOL! I had even written to Mr. Spelling regarding that! LOL!!!! Anyways, I am so glad to see the gang together again and hope they do more shows in the future! I'm sure we would all love to know what the characters are doing today. Thank you for sharing this video and thanks to the cast and it's producers, etc. for doing these new episodes!

I truly liked hearing her describe her time on the show! Too many bad documentaries of her behind the scenes. Its true, once she left, i couldn't watch the show for much longer. Can't help but imagine if she hadn't left how much more iconic it could have been. In 2020 so sad to hear her stage 4 cancer returned. 😢

Hi shan don't worry that people will think you are a single role person because you do the reboot. You have been wonderful in many other roles such as charmed. People know you can be somebody else than Brenda.
I had a crush on her back in 9210. I got respect now.
I loved Brenda in 90210! She got fired because she had the balls to express her thought in the scripts and that caused a lot of conflict between her cast members and producers. I don’t care, I love her and I applause to her for making an attempt to speak her opinion. Everyone else stayed quiet but she didn’t. She was different. It was never the same after she left. Couldn’t get into it anymore once Brenda left
Now I really understand why Luke and KJ Apa was cast as father and son in Riverdale. KJ looks so much like young Luke

I've heard this saying my whole life.God doesn't give us more than we can handle. If you really think about that saying..It could come across that God is just not a nice God.Why would he put so much on me and not you? What makes you more special than me? I came across this saying a little while back that answered it for me. It's not that God puts things on you , but that he gives you the ability to overcome that which you are going through. And like anything else the outcome is what was in you all along. Your attitude and energy plays a big part rather it be positive or negative. I believe who we really are comes through at the end in all things good or bad. As I've gotten older 64 tomorrow I'm no longer surprised at the lack of responsibility people take for their actions and the masquerade that people put on for so many years. Shannen it's clear you didn't let them break you. The best to you .....
