I've got a feeling one of the Blacks will clock onto the fact that these are prophetic dragon dreams, mention it to her and it'll push her over the edge so to speak.
Season 3 in 2026 is kinda a bummer. but having two Game of Thrones timelines running in parallel is quite intriguing. I hope we don’t encounter spoilers crossing between timelines, as I really dislike spoilers for Game of Thrones stories. They take away the fun elements. The wow factor in Robb Stark’s death and the Red Wedding was remarkable, made possible only through visual art.
I think one of the more underrated aspects to any film or TV series are the writers and the editors. Don’t be too focused on the directors. For instance, we’re talking about how the Russos and RDJ are returning to MCU but we hardly mention *Stephen* *McFeely* returning and writing the next two Avengers movies. But where’s Christopher Markus? Did he cash out big and decided to retire? Markus and McFeely wrote all the MCU movies the Russos directed. The director can only do so much but not all of them are writing the story. Then let’s look at the editing. That’s where the final cut is being made. In 1977, Marcia Lucas (George’s first wife) saved Star Wars thanks to her editing. The first cut of that film was horrible. I think HOT D S2 is suffering from bad pacing. S1 dealt with time jumps which was it’s glaring weakness. But looking back, most of HOT D’s better episodes came from Season 1. There’s only been 3 good episodes, IMO, from Season 2: Episode 2, 4, and 7. That’s it. And I’m not as enamored with Episode 7 like most viewers. But mainly because I know what Hugh and Ulf will commit later on. I wasn’t cheering for them when they claimed their dragons. I’ve seen the leaked footage of Episode 8 and like what RedTeamReview said, it’s going to be quite divisive among the hardcore fandom. ThroneVerse or whatever you want to call GRRM’s lore is reaching toxic levels of Star Wars fandom. There’s going to be a lot of b*tching on X and Reddit about what they’re going to see tomorrow night or Monday if you’re living outside the U.S. I have an issue with it but it’s not with Daemon this time. It’s a scene involving someone on Team Green. I’m like, WTF? Treason? That’s way out of character. If you haven’t seen any of the leaked footage, I will say don’t expect it to be epic. It’s not reaching The Watchers on the Wall or Battle of the Bastards level. Not even Hardhome or Blackwater. Nowhere close. Perhaps this season was a little rushed or perhaps wasted? We were robbed two episodes from it. Then it meandered on different characters that went nowhere. How many more baths do we need to see Alicent take if she isn’t getting stuffed by Criston? They could’ve at least introduced us to Daeron sooner or show us scenes on what Otto was doing in Oldtown to introduce viewers to the very kind and humble Daeron. While Daemon, Corlys, Baela, and Rhaena were completely wasted this season. Rhaenys on Meleys and the acting from Tom and Rhys from Episode 2 were the standouts of this season. It almost feels like the HBO writers only wants us to root for Rhaenyra and we’re supposed to hate every other character who isn’t her. I will say viewers will enjoy a scene involving her when she goes to Harrenhal. UNCLE/DADDY D IS BACK!! But you will cringe when you hear those 3 words. ❄️ While Season 2 feels like a step back from Season 1, I still enjoyed it quite a bit. Perhaps my expectations and my standards were unrealistically too high for it? I still enjoyed this season more than The Acolyte and The Boys S4. It’s not all bad. A little janky with not enough character development and bad pacing, but it’s still a QUALITY show. It’s not Game of Thrones S7 and S8 bad. Perhaps when HOT D is completely finished whether it’s four seasons of it, we will say Season 2 was the worst of the lot. I really hope Season 3 and 4 gives us 10 episodes each. There’s going to be a lot of battles for S3. They better not skimp out and only show us scenes after the battle was fought. It will feel bittersweet when HOT D S2 wraps up tomorrow. Another two damn years waiting for the next one. HOT D S2 Character Rankings 1. Rhaenys 2. Rhaenyra 3. Mysaria 4. Daemon (should be No. 1 or 2 but 🤦🏻) 5. Aemond 6. Aegon (great acting by Tom in Ep. 2) 7. Otto (great acting by Rhys in Ep. 2) 8. Jace (he does whine a lot) 9. Helaena Underrated this season: Simon Strong (best damn facial reactions!) I don’t even want to list 10 characters because I don’t want Alicent or Criston on there. Or Ulf after you see Ep. 8. I think Larys was better in S2 than Alicent. Story for the Velaryons went absolutely nowhere and same with Daemon’s daughters. But I’m hearing from RedTeamReview that the Velaryons will stand out more in Ep. 8. We shall see. HOT D S2 Episode Rankings 1. 2x4 The Red Dragon and the Gold 2. 2x2 Rhaenyra the Cruel 3. 2x7 The Red Sowing 4. 2x1 A Son for a Son 5. 2x3 The Burning Mill 6. 2x6 Smallfolk (lowest rated on IMDb) 7. 2x5 Regent I used to have Ep. 1 higher than Ep. 7, but rewatching it again, I prefer The Red Sowing a tad more. Ulf claiming Silverwing was pretty stupid though. RedTeamReview actually prefers Ep. 2 the most. It definitely had the best acting this season. Overall, I give this season a B. I can understand some giving it a C. It was a mixed bag of good and boring episodes. Rook’s Rest and the aftermath of Blood & Cheese were the highlights of the season. Ep. 3, 5, and 6 felt like filler. I think Season 3 is going to be a banger. Gullet, Fall of King’s Landing, and two battles in Tumbleton. And Daemon will no longer act like a ninny towards Rhaenyra.
I feel like Haelana at first didn't know which visions were true or from the past or present, but now she may be moving towards understanding her dreams more. Either way, I think she feels powerless within those dreams, that they will happen with or without her. No matter if she tried to change or prevent them it would be no use. She also may interpret that these things have to happen no matter how awful or tragic in order for the events to play out in the future correctly. I wonder how they will play out her death, it'll definitely be one of the most heartbreaking in the show. Does she become overwhelmed by her dreams?? Does knowing all this tragedy and what is to come overwhelm her? Perhaps her inability to change the fate of those she loves drives her to the point of no return. Anyways, Haelana is a great character and adds to the complexity of the show, just waiting on her to finally interact with Dreamfyre!
When she says "Aegon will be king again sitting in a wooden throne". She saw Bran and confused him with Aegon. She probably saw Bran's wheel chair and assumed is Aegon bc Aegon is crippled now.
Or Aegon will be Seer they connected Aegon to Bran people would root for Aegon if he hadn't been written as rapist that is too much to forgive i dont care about that character becoming anything
@@emergencyawesomelolol… where’d you come up with that? They all are magic, greenseers are people like bloodraven, og greenseers are green men, they have antlers… dragon dreams are magic dreams from the dragons to their riders.

Ryan Condal explaind all of this in a interview on the official game of Thrones podcast 😁 he Said something along the lines of more dragons more magic there is in the world and something with the right frequency between helena the trees and the visions 🤷🏽♀️
My fav part is when she said, "It's dreaming time!", and dreamed all over the place.
Maybe Alys Rivers has been giving Daemon the Weirwood version of shade of the evening! Sure seems like it!
There are theories based on the books that she might be a greenseer.
She’s a barn owl
0:39 Helaena: “It’s all a story written by GRRM our world isn’t real it’s all in a man’s imagination!”
I've got a feeling one of the Blacks will clock onto the fact that these are prophetic dragon dreams, mention it to her and it'll push her over the edge so to speak.
5:40 I still think Daemon may become the Three Eyed Raven before Bloodraven.
I don't think that's the case, but if we see more easter eggs. I'll include them in my videos!
@@emergencyawesomeI love your HOTD content is by far some of the best man!
Amazing video 👌
Season 3 in 2026 is kinda a bummer. but having two Game of Thrones timelines running in parallel is quite intriguing. I hope we don’t encounter spoilers crossing between timelines, as I really dislike spoilers for Game of Thrones stories. They take away the fun elements. The wow factor in Robb Stark’s death and the Red Wedding was remarkable, made possible only through visual art.
How I wish Bran cameos and show himself to all dreamers and green-seers in the show!
didnt viseris have a dragon dream in season one about his son sitting on the iron throne and all the dragons roaring as one?
I think the Starks of the North know of the White Walkers on their own.
I'm so excited to see SheepStealer get claimed by Rhaena Targaryen
While Season 2 feels like a step back from Season 1, I still enjoyed it quite a bit.
HOT D S2 Character Rankings
1. Rhaenys
2. Rhaenyra
3. Mysaria
4. Daemon (should be No. 1 or 2 but 🤦🏻)
5. Aemond
6. Aegon (great acting by Tom in Ep. 2)
7. Otto (great acting by Rhys in Ep. 2)
8. Jace (he does whine a lot)
9. Helaena
Underrated this season: Simon Strong (best damn facial reactions!)
I don’t even want to list 10 characters because I don’t want Alicent or Criston on there.
HOT D S2 Episode Rankings
1. 2x4 The Red Dragon and the Gold
2. 2x2 Rhaenyra the Cruel
3. 2x7 The Red Sowing
4. 2x1 A Son for a Son
5. 2x3 The Burning Mill
6. 2x6 Smallfolk (lowest rated on IMDb)
7. 2x5 Regent
I used to have Ep.
I got so excited when I saw þhe notification, I had to come through and say, "Hello, Charlie!" 😊
yo!
I want the Ned Stark and Robert Baratheon adventures lol
I loved the season 2 finale, but ugh we need season 3 so bad!!!
Cool Thing is Season 2 was filmed in my County ❤❤
Which one ?
When she says "Aegon will be king again sitting in a wooden throne". She saw Bran and confused him with Aegon. She probably saw Bran's wheel chair and assumed is Aegon bc Aegon is crippled now.
Or Aegon will be Seer they connected Aegon to Bran people would root for Aegon if he hadn't been written as rapist that is too much to forgive i dont care about that character becoming anything
HOTD giving more respect and hype to the WW, Night King & Prince that was Promised than D&D did in the all of season 8 of GOT 😂😅
Thank you
No problem! My House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 8 video will post sunday night!
Knight of the 7 kingdoms currently been filmed here in Ireland, only 30mins away from me. Might go up with my binoculars 😊
Have fun!
Hoping to see a sick dragon battle.
Nope. Blue balls.
Could it have been Helaena who did the drawings at dragonstone that John Snow shows in GOT? She was there as a child
I don't think so, I don't expect house of the dragon to answer that question.
If only she could've seen how bad that GOT finale was going to be...😬😬😬
I wish the greens would just take the time out to listen to Helaena and try to figure out what she is saying🤦♂️
If only more people enjoyed history, like viserys. lol
Finally got ending fixed, Daemon story path will be fixed from here on he will prepare for larger war against night king
I’m so confused about the difference between greenseer, dragon dreams, weirwood dreams
Greenseers see the past, dragon dreams are mostly of things from the future.
@@emergencyawesome
Thanks!
@@emergencyawesomelolol… where’d you come up with that?
They all are magic, greenseers are people like bloodraven, og greenseers are green men, they have antlers… dragon dreams are magic dreams from the dragons to their riders.
Love it!! @emergencyawesome wants Helaena to leak season 3 knowledge!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Daemon sees the nights king and helaena tells him hes just a part in the story
#11 in the comments 🎉🎉 but your number 1 fan from when the GOT season one 💙❤️🔥💗
Thank you! I appreciate that!
The season finale is tomorrow can't wait
Almost there!
@@emergencyawesome Yeah!
Thanks Charlie, any chance you can make a video on Batman Caped Crusader
Just 24 hours to go
The Prince that was promised but we never G.O.T.! The original show runners dropped the ball. We never got that final battle between the night king and Jon Snow. Jon should've been the one to defeat the night king not Arya!!
Bran Stark can see 8000 years into the past.. when the children of the forest created the white Walker.. But he can't see the future.
That book is in my eyes a Easter Egg telling us what the next HOTD topic
The whole Prince that was Promised prophecy being a Targaryen....just shows how dirty they did Daenerys in GOT.
Her visions are like Attack Titan
The way the Attack Titan's ability works and the Founding Titan is a little different. It's more like combining greenseer powers with dragon dreams, and also if you could mind control people across time.
hi Emergency Awesome
