Kokila Shajite - Kishore Kumar & RD Burman - Gauri 1957 Shelved - in memory of Suresh Chandvarkar

Speaking of Suresh ji's passion & contribution, sharing a very rare recording of Kishore Kumar & RD Burman singing for SD Burman, for Guru Dutt's shelved film Gauri. Gauri was launched in as bilingual in 1957 by Guru Dutt to launch her wife Geeta Dutt onscreen in the lead, with him as hero. SD Burman recorded three songs for the film but they were never got published & were lost as the film was shelved soon.
In early 1990s, Suresh ji received a carton of vinyl records as the studio was disposing off all the material as scrape. The carton had a very interesting hand written record dated November 1957, featuring two songs from Gauri on either sides. This fun song Kokila Shaajite re was recorded by Kishore da as lead singer and Pancham accompanying him for SDB composition. The other side had a Geeta Dutt solo Jaani Bhramara Keno another SDB composition.
Suresh ji graciously shared the recording with us and also showed us the record in one of our RMIM Meets.
This was the only existence of that test record and we & the world got to know of these songs from Suresh ji only.

Hai sir, thanks for sharing these gems with all of us...
I would like to know if you have any knowledge about a particular song which I have been searching for a very long time. The song starts as Naach Lo Jhoom Lo... It is a duet song sung by Asha Bhosle ji and S Janaki ji for the movie Bagavat released in early 1970s composed by TV Raju & written by Prem Dhawan... It is apparently a dubbed movie with NT Rama Rao & Jayalalitha in lead roles. Released under the banner Sagar Films & directed by B Vittalacharya.
I will be really grateful if there is any chance for me to listen to the rare combination of Asha ji & S Janaki ji...
