FIRST EVER Standing Rocks Enduro. Stevens Point, Wi.

just threw together this quick video of all my race runs from the first ever Standing Rocks Enduro in Stevens point, Wisconsin.
the crew over there did an amazing job putting together what is probably the best Enduro to have ever happened in Wisconsin. hopefully it's back next year and even better.
thanks to Jonathan from Dynamic trailworx for convincing me to come out and race. I had a strict no racing policy set for myself this year but it was sort of fun to come out and go against the clock again.

Great video as always. I think my body got sorer ( tension ) from watching you ride at speed, some of the same trail sections, that I putzed through yesterday. Glad that no mention was made of any injuries at the event. Even though people pre-rode the sections, your video captures the quick decision making necessary to forestall crashing.

Thanks Thomas. Appreciate it. I do believe I heard of a few injuries on practice day but nothing that I heard on race day which is pleasantly surprising.

Awww, man - you had stickers? Missed that - lol.
My favorite fun/ny stories from that race were:
a) Human (1) vs tree (0) - big fella rolling fast ended up taking down a 2" diameter tree
b) Kid dodging - kids ran right out in front of Kelly from RevolveMTB as she headed into the big drop on #6 Hextables; quick reactions saved an accident
c) pogoing though the big jump section of #3 Gadzooms - we watched someone case *every* jump on that section, all on the front wheel, and some very short - they never tipped and just kept going - amazing balance

Yea it took me a minute to find my sticker stash but I ended up racing with them in my pocket 😂. I heard a few wild stories of close calls. Especially with spectators near the drop.
