Vivian, these are great gifts or to make if your church or group has craft sales! All girls at my school had to take HomeEc in 8th and 9th grades. Those have been life saving skills that are used daily in some way or another! I think kids are missing out by not learning these basic skills.

Nice ideas! Great tip about remembering to unzip the zipper before sewing the sides. I didn't my first time.
