DIY Perspex Campervan Windows & Rear Door | Luton Van Build Series

Campervan-specific windows are costly, so we thought, 'What the heck' let's build our own. With no window or door-building experience, we did it with basic hand and power tools. In this video, we show you how.
The windows are made from 45x45mm timber and 5mm clear perspex. We found a wooden door that we cut in half and replaced the glass with perspex.
We made this video to help novice and experienced installers alike. Each step details what WE did to OUR Luton campervan, be aware that other Luton vans could be slightly different.
