I have seen a few machines that do the same job as this machine, but usually tracked like an excavator. That chassis set up is very interesting and the machine does a great job. I'm glad you showed it to us!
This chassis would be awesome on say a Tatra truck. Tatra also have 8x8 trucks, but this on uses seesaw principle, so there is always 1 axle of the 2 touching ground. Would be cool to do truck trial off-road stuff I guess...
@@JohnSmith-cy9tt I'm not saying it has something to do with an army? I'm saying 'say a Tatra truck' (many others, just an example...) and I'm talking about off-roading. Google Tatra off-road truck trial vids and see what I mean. And then apply the seesaw principle to it 😉
This chassis is good for slow driving, and to keep the pressure on the surface very low. 😉 But I suppose for a truck, you would want a good suspension and springs, that's better for stability when the speed is higher than 3 km/h.
I presume that this is a managed forest and that following clearance new trees will be planted . My question is , what happens to all the tree stumps please .
The driver wears hearing protection when filmed from outside the cabin (0:25), but he does not wear hearing protection when filmed from inside the cabin (1:10). Why? Are these machines so noisy that hearing protection is required?
No, no, no it's not real. It's a game called Farming Simulator 19. They took a piece of film of that game. Then they did CGI on it (computer-generated imagery) in programs like Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing tools). And when they are happy with the result, they put the movie on youtube.

I could watch a lot more of this harvesting process. What a quiet working machine this is!
Thank you for the video !
Thanks for watching!

You right. New trees will be planted within 3 years. On this site the stumps will remain as they are.
That alarm disturbs the nature.
I can confirm that they don't care. I often have deer, squirrels and birds watching me work.
It is only humans that care about noice. You see far more animals in a machine than on foot. But I guess it is the smell of human that is hidden.
It’s a buffalo but they put the cab on the wrong end and replaced the rear with the scorpionkings arm
Nope, the arm is very diffrent from the Scorpion and the machine is bigger than buffalo
MB engine?
Yes. Model 926 I believe
No its 936 stege V engine 😊
@@tobbeandme thanks for the correction! I believe our North American models still use Tier 4 engines

No far from, those are Peltors so he was probably talking to some mates while operating the harvester.
Inside is silent - outside is a diff story - get the shit going bro - Ponsse is the king in the forrest so is the sound inside the cabin
Go try the noice of them US tiger cats...totly crap machines and you will know the power of a Ponsse - big cats is bad .....A puma is silent
