Hands down the best album of 2019. It’s such a good album. The ending to this song is still top notch even 3 years later.

This is the final track on their 2019 album ‘The Dark Pool’, and it couldn’t be a more bittersweet ending to what is quite possibly my favorite album of all time. Please, please check out the rest of this album, even if you don’t record a reaction, just listen through it in its entirety. It speaks of love, loss, euphoria, melancholy, and everything in between. For me one of the Best Albums of all time still to this day i cant stop listening to it, Thornhill made one of the most deepest sounds i ever heard in my entire life and speaks too me as to many others...
The Dark Pool is one of my favorite albums! Every song on it is solid imo. I would recommend Nurture or Lily and the Moon next!

Finally someone who can appreciate the drumming! The drumming on this album is phenomenal, Ben maida is a beast ! You need to react to the opening track on the album Views from the sun, the whole album is a masterpiece

You have no idea how long I’ve been waiting for this moment 🥲 it’s been YEARS since I’ve thrown thornhill in the comments now lol but I’m so glad you finally got around to it! I absolutely loved the circa survive reference closer to the beginning of the video because I’ve never thought of it that way! You are right in that sense where they have the soaring vocals above the instrumentation! The Dark Pool is easily my favorite album front to back and it never gets old 😮💨 I’m excited for you to react to more of them in the near future! I will say heroine is a completely different beast compared to this sound though so I can’t wait to see what you think of it!!
Listening to them, it's really easy to see how they and Void of Vision have externally collaborated. Such great music, I really need to go buy their albums.

Thornhill is such a fantastic band! i am SO glad to see someone reacting to more of their songs, thank you for bringing greater awareness to their music. Their albums "Dark Pool" and "Butterfly" are incredible, and i heavily recommend exploring their catalog further. Great reaction as always. Try songs "Coven," "In My Skin" "Sunflower," "Parasite," and "Reptile." Honestly, you should just listen to both albums all the way through.

The Dark Pool is an amazing album and this song couldn't have been a better finale. Not my favourite song of the album but what a finisher. I would love for you to listen to more songs from the dark pool!
I'd check out hollywood or leather wings by these guys. Both of those are mixed by the great George Lever who worked on Sleep Token's material up unil this year.

This album was perfect. I wish they had chosen to evolve on this sound instead of taking the path they did... but, I do respect a band that's willing to try very different things.
