Yeah I agree, Lucina's run speed combined with good neutral forces Olimar's camp game to shut down. Combine this with the fact that Lucina can just punish Olimar's recovery consistently until he just dies.

Camping only works until Lucina plays the MU and utilizes platforms and powersheild to approach, with her hefty disjoint 3. Olimar struggles against top tiers and swords; double rip. Olimar joins the likes of Mario Ness and Yoshi 4. Olimar is very light and is good at tacking on damage but struggles killing below 100% or higher; all of this + rage means Lucinas OP aerials and fsmash kill like she's fighting Jigglypuff
