    Don't look for sensible plot. Television frontier. All live. Everyone was finding their way.

      Not sensible plot? Disagree. Have you never been awakened by noisy neighbors? It was in fact a carefully crafted plot, like all Peg Lynch's comedy. Early television, yes, and no director. Actors did their one hair and make up and clothes. So yes, primitive, technically. But the writing is impeccable.

      “Don’t look for a sensible plot”? The same can be said for the filth that passes for comedy on broadcast or cable TV today. And at least this is funny!
