Paolo Emilio Tier 9 italian premium destroyer gameplay - World of Warships Blitz

Random Battle with Paolo Emilio in WoWs Blitz. The ships is currently available in the Shipyard for 15 steels and 15 titaniums. To be honest, this ship is not easy to play as in some cases you will be deleted with 10-20k dmg. You have to find the right time to go and you have to have a plan to disengage. The torp range is really bad so you have to close to launch them.
This ships can do great things, but very situational.
