I have this problem as well, you are not alone in this. When you begin to have these thoughts, force them from you're mind, and immeadiately pray, even if silently in your mind, God will still hear you. Learn Psalm 90, this will help, eventually these spiritual attacks by the evil one will weaken, and it will get easier, though there will be times when these thoughts of lust will feel overpowering. when this happens, the devil is doing this because he' is afraid of losing you to God. He will put up a strong attack so you will give up. Never do this, as it is what the devil wants. I will pray for you.
