I’m ADHD and yessss I do equine therapy and it has changed my world! No need to hear or feel my own voice vibrating my skull, outside, surrounded by trees but not feeling closed in, my horse is soft and my other horse loves being groomed which gives such a satisfying feel/sound/repetitive motion, even the feeling of walking in rhythm with her. I love everything about it. Plus I get to hyperfocus on her muscle movements and don’t have to make eye contact. Because when you request connection from a horse, you look at her hind quarters and not her head! (Using natural lifemanship anyway)
