About the hydraulic suspension. Normal maintenance will serve you well and the ride quality and performance are worth the sophistication. The fatal thing in this system is the tubing and pipes that traverse the length of the car from the hydraulic pump to all the constituent units. some replacements will require sub frame removal and that is serious. The metal pipes are very durable but the integrated hoses have an expected service life so you can have to change a whole line because of the flexible rubber tubing.

Yes it is gorgeous.
Meh, it looks like every other modern Mercedes. I prefer the R129 generation, which stood out from all the other Mercedes models in its day. It was truly something special and different.
Next time, use a lapel mic.
The interior color is not a good match for the gorgeous silver.
Suspension is hydraulic....needs to be replaced about every two years....total junk
