The purpose of reading self help book is to find solution of your problem.
Only reading book 📖 will not help , because you are not applying it
Read less, apply more-- key to learning ❤

Good podcast about books reading and life lesson.
Don't get desperate for anything love , money ,fame, care, and anything. Go with flow of content with peace , do thing in the sense of value giving purpose and do things which is inspiring for you.
Don't just rush in adrenaline but also go with some kind of peace maintaing mindset.
Thats how law of attraction works , the more you wanna chase something, the more it will repel , so its better to maintain peace with everthing.
Cause the more you wanna chase happiness the more you will feel sadness, the more you wanna friends the more you wanna feel lonely , the more you wanna money , the more you will feel poor so its better that go with flow of giving and doing things which inspires you in the long run

@seeken has @zeeshanshaikh has been following Atomic Habit's Habit Stacking to create book summaries and listening habit but mentioned it only one time in whole podcast. According to me, It's one of the best helpful book in self-help genre. And he is constantly saying ask "Why? why" why" but didn't mention also "Start with Why " by Simon Sinek.

Some ultimate books I have read and would like to recommend to a book lover :-
1.) *_Think Like A Monk by Jay Shetty_*
2.) *_Deep Work by Cal Newport_*
3.) *_5AM Club by Robin Sharma_*
4.) *_Power of Habit by Charles Duhig_*
5.) *_As A Man Thinketh by James Alen_*
6.) *_The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma_*
7.) *_The Art of Being Alone by Renuka Gavrani_*
All books are available in Hindi also.
Truely speaking, if aspirants of IIT, NEET, SSC CGL, Bank PO, State PCS, UPSC and other competitive exams spend some of your precious time over these books, you are not going to regret. May be these are helpful to manage your stress and increase your capacity and productivity towards your goal.
    With Best Wishes😊😊

Most of the time I observed, after reading more books, the person end up with becoming author or motivational coach or public speaking coach. Initially he starts reading, to become successful in personal & professional life. However, he becomes some kind of coach after few years.🙂
