After looking at all these EVs i must say they are nice but, personally i prefer a large full size luxury automobile which wasn't shown. As a serious traveler, i need a car with range and not a one shown can reach 300 miles. These cars are great for the old lady that does nothing but go to the grocery and home. That's ok, i continue my search for the right EV or continue to wait with patients for the next-generation EVs with the improvements for long distance travel. Till then I'll keep my jaguar XJL. Fueling once a month and takes me 3 to 5 minutes, a large full size luxury automobile, 570 miles of range and paid off at 41K. All leather interior, heated steering wheel and seats, a fine stereo with Bluetooth, rear passenger entertainment package with charging for phones and laptops, a monitor with Netflix movies, fold down desktops for laptops, cup holders, duel sunroofs and more than plentiful in leg room. A great pleasure to drive and the long range gives me the ability to keep moving. Come out with an EV that offers me theses fine qualities and improvements and im all in. Till then, im goi ng to leave well enough alone.....
My Tesla Model 3 RWD standard cost me $40,000 and gets 268 miles range. With access to the Tesla super charging station network, I can travel anywhere in the US and charge it to 80% in 20 minutes at up to 170 Kw. These are not eye popping numbers but they are good enough for me because 99% of my charging is in my garage. So, I think you should consider an EV instead of your gas guzzlers. No oil changes with an EV saves you money.
@@KhanR1-qm2xi That my friend depends on what you need. I make the 831 mile trip from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Jacksonville Florida 3 times a year and back for a total of 2,286 miles. Also, 1,418 miles from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Dallas Texas once a year. That's 2,836 miles total. Also 502 miles from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Johnson city Tennessee once a year. That's 1,004 miles total. Altogether, that's 6,126 miles of long range travelling, not including the short range travelling i do. Yes you are absolutely correct. Only one thing my brother, the Tesla model Y is not a large full size luxury automobile nor have they been improved with greater range....... yet. For the way i travel i just have no use for a short range car, gas , electric, hydrogen, solar or a car that floats on air like Luke Skywalker had in star wars. The 570 miles of range i have gives me the ability to keep moving and for that, I'll take gas and the maintenance. I'm all for EVs and would love to buy one. They just need to be improved which means us serious travelers are just going to have to wait. It is what it is. I hope one day they will do this. I would love to not have to buy gas but add range and a full size version of the model Y then, yes then it would be even more better. Even the good people at Tesla in Philadelphia Pennsylvania told me quote, "Have patience because that day is coming." So I'll have patience and waite for the next generation EV with the hopes that these fine qualities and improvements have been applied....
@@KhanR1-qm2xi besides, you paid $40,00 for a car that gives you 268 miles of range? What? Forty Thousand Dollars!!! And all you got is 268 miles of range? Are you serious? I paid one thousand dollars more than you. That $41,000 dollars for 570 miles of range! You damn right I'll take the gas which is only 55 to 65 dollars a month which is spit money in today's economy. I'll take the maintenance too.
@@carlsmith5545 What good does the 570 miles range do? Everyone has to stop every few hours so my 268 miles range on my Tesla is enough so I can stop after 3 hours on a road trip and charge in 20 minutes to 80%. I'll take the reduced maintenance cost also and the at home charging in my garage. Over 99% of my EV charging is done at home. This is far more convenient than going to a dirty gas station.
I follow electric autos very closely, I'm very interested in the electric autos today.

Tesla Model 3 is better than your gas guzzler. Maintenance is cheaper with a Tesla Model 3 as well.
