Not necessarily, framing her first and then making the confession could also have been a ruse to make them think exactly that (though not a ruse that I would recommend because of the the emotional reaction that was to be expected) and as a result pick neither his girlfriend nor him. Also, killing someone you like with your own hands is way more difficult than suggesting to others to kill her.

Me: “What? But that makes no sense. Why would that villager accuse the twin of being a werewolf?!?!” Because he actually just wanted her dead. This realization that personal relationships would play a part in this particular social deduction game was crazy.
Yes, I agree that actually won the game for WW side. Normally, there MUST be 3 WWs in the set of 10 players, so being outnumbered really limited the winning chance of WWs
i know this was uploaded 2 years ago and my message probably isnt going to be seen. but hey here is my take: you can if you want to paint a target on your back ask people to describe their card to you, not saying their role but descriping their card, what this is going to do is out anyone with a special card that isnt a villager. now this doesnt distinguish between seer, wolf, or twin but it will reveal they have a special card, as they cant describe a villager card.

Funfact! In the Manga she actually votes for the bodyguard because she knew the werewolf beforehand and she was nice to her outside of the game. She had no friends and was so happy about the werewolf being nice to her that she decided to die for her. In the Manga the werewolf never told them about being in a game before, and it was also only her second game, not her third. I thought the reason shy girl let her win in the Manga was kinda weak, but this one was way more annoying lmao.
I feel like this one is kind of sensible. Hearing verbal evidence that she will have to play again, making her have to kill another 8+ people whilst possibly dying in the process would definitely make me want to die too. The shy girl played her cards right, even if it resulted in her death,
the ending suck balls. they found out who the werewolf was and was a master manipulator. it was all lies/fantasy that the werewolf made everyone believe and the shy girl knew it but did it anyway because it made her feel good. also hated how our HOST made us believe that the werewolf was gonna die due to her mistakes
My drama class used to play this game all the time, and I told my teacher I didn't want to play because I knew I'd get voted out first. She made me play anyway, and I was voted out first. That made her feel super guilty, and got mad at everyone for proving me right. She later had me do the narration instead of playing it and I actually had fun with it. Moral of my story: if you're the least popular person in the room, volunteer to be the host so there's no chance of you getting voted out.
“This is where Cinema Summary has made a big mistake. By showing us at how proficient they are at beating these death games, he’s only given the rest of us that much more of an incentive to take them out as soon as possible.”
"This is where Jordan has made a big mistake. By typing this comment and not deleting it, he has left crucial evidence on his phone that enigma can show to the others, revealing his mindset and facade in trying to get a free kill by eliminating a valuable player on the first night as it would be more advantageous for the werewolves to kill him now than the villagers. This unknowingly had another consequence as well. This also reveals who he allied with as all we would have to do is check the other phones to see who upvoted his comment. Anyone that made any sudden movements to remove their like would be instantly called out. With this one move, Enigma can eliminate 49 out of 100 werewolves. All he would have to do is point out that over 100 people voted for Cinema Summary that night. He could then ask for a body guard to guard him for 2 nights. If none of the accused werewolves died then there would be a high chance for everyone to believe Enigma just uncovered the identities of 50% of the wolves. This would make himself a huge target but also secure that he is guarded each night and guarantee his protection from being voted off because: 1. If the werewolves try to get him voted, he can point out that that is the only way they could kill him and only a werewolf would attempt that. 2. Point out the werewolves cannot kill him without revealing that Enigma was telling the truth. 3. Even if he is lying, he would only be 1 werewolf out of 100 and there would be no value in voting him off because keeping him alive could potentially get 50 wolves voted. They do not have any evidence against him while he provided physical evidence for his claim and is why those 50 were under suspicion to begin with. Also he can show that he was only protected one night because of a bodyguard. The werewolves would be pressured and more likely to make mistakes.Enigma had copied both his and Jordan's comments just in case it was deleted. Even though this was a 1000 player werewolf battle royal, the werewolves would come to know that this one player was more resourceful than they thought."
Everyone always says they’d love to have cinema summary in a death game with them to escape, but I can’t name one video where he hasn’t suggested throwing someone or multiple people under the bus. And have no moral dilemma

"This murder could've gotten someone killed." Pay attention to the context. The werewolves' murder could have gotten THEM killed, thus giving this murder the ability to get someone killed, as in getting someone ELSE killed. Someone OTHER than the victim.
I feel like the best role to get is the seer, and to use the power until I locate a twin. If I find a twin and tell them, there's only a 2/9 chance I could have guessed it, so they have good reason to believe that I am the seer. Then, I can ally myself with the other twin to create a 3 person group, and get numbers to vote out werewolves as I locate them. It relies a little bit on luck of not being targeted first or second, but it gives me good odds at winning
Psycho the seer can only tell if ur part of a side. They cannot get ur role’s special abilities. Say I’m seer and check ur role it will say ur a villager but won’t tell me ur special role like bodyguard or twins. This movie is based off the manga jinrou game they changed the game up to make it not too easy. As such the seer cannot see anybody special roles except werewolves or in the case of a person having the lunatic role which is a villager whose actually sided with the ww
It’s extremely stupid of the shy girl to believe the werewolf that’s she’s been in three games previously, as every one else was new to it, and she has consistently lied throughout the entire game
Yep. They knew she's Werewolf so what reason they had to believe? Plus we have 2 possibilities with 2 options each: 1. She's lying a. We kill her - we are free b. We kill one of us - we both loose, one is dead for 100% and we don't know about 2nd as she lost too (inside lore I always assumed that after Impostors win in AU they simply reveal themselves and kill last astronaut) 2. She's not lying a. We kill her - we play next game. But we are alive b. We kill one of us - same a in 1b So simply: A. We kill her - we have 50/50 to be alive and free or just alive (and possibly may be freed one day). Of course there is tiny chance in 1a they kill winners, but I doubt it as winners know game better which means it will be more and more interesting to watch for whoever watch it B. We kill one of us - we are dead.
Wait… so you immediately die if you look at somebody’s card. So…. If I went to sleep with my card taped to my head, and the werewolves kill me, does that mean both the werewolves will die?
Actually, the werewolves won't die unless the person is the seer/guard/twins because they already know that they are villagers, however, the seer/guard/twins can do this to survive.
You'll die too along with the werewolves but it would be a win to the other villagers. Means one has to be a villager scapegoat to win the game by taking advantage of the rules- Edit: This strategy will only work without the Foxes-
Maybe it would be useful to suggest the players to bring the first dead student into the building and try to figure out how did it happen, how was the device triggered so people would be able to remove it and run or at least the first free student would escape. Second, maybe i would tell people to see if there are any hidden cameras, maybe destroying them would give am opportunity to survive. But, as always, any attempt to escape this game might end with everyone killed, but, personally, i would at least try it before i had to kill anyone
if you PHYSICALLY need to kill a villager if ur a werewolf theres a chance if the villager is physically stronger then he might make the job harder or might even kill you even if you have a gun if the villager is already behind the door and ambushes you, the villager might have a chance of surviving the attack.
Not sure if this would work, but have everyone look at their own cards and ask them to spell "villager" backwards. Spelling things backwards is much easier when you're looking at the word, so if anybody struggles more than the others it's fairly certain they have a special card.
Fun fact: Yuka and Yukihiko are from Alice in borderland (another show that has been covered in the channel) and they play the opposites of their roles in this movie being Usagi and Niragi
This game reminds me of a solo social deduction game called gnosia, where you're stuck in a never ending loop, and your main goal is to either sniff out the imposters, or execute the humans.
It's kinda strange that they describe Werewolf as "Among Us in real life" when it really is the other way around. Among Us was based on games like Werewolf (and Mafia, etc.) that have been around for a long time.
I mean the comparison is just to help people understand the concept of the movie and the rules easier and better so saying its like "among us" (a viral game) makes more sense as more people will be familiar with it.
This game is a lot more like a game called “Agrou” then among us. The only main difference i see is that the bodyguard is not called the guard. But everything else is almost exactly like Agrou. Even down to the fact that you discover your role through cards.
It remind me a lot of ...oh, bey, Werewolf, what do you know. (which itself was called Mafia also. Whicf has existed for freaking decades). Almost like it was the godamn template for all those games. Especialy Amogus (so tired of the Amongus meme already)
Personally, I would take 5 people into a room, claim I someone in another room had a special role, and if they die, the werewolf was in that room easy 😊
"If I had a nickel for every Japanese Death Game that Cinema Summary could flawlessly escape, I'd be able to escape Kaiji before it ever even started. Which is strange because so would Cinema Summary."
Why not have everyone get a piece of paper out with a pencil and just make them trace out the image of their card. It isn’t against the rules to make a copy of it and view it. The werewolves won’t be able to copy another role’s image or else they would get themselves killed. Easy win for the villagers.
Actually, by the release date of the movie, Among Us still had about 4 years before it fully came into existence. The movie, in it's original Japanese naming, 人狼ゲーム ビーストサイド, or translated to English, hehehe, get this, "Human Wolf Game" Beast Side. (I put the emphasis on the Human Wolf Game, because that's the part I find somewhat funny, I don't know why, probably stupid name extension, sort of like resume padding.)
Immediately upon knowing that they can hear each other scream through the walls at night, I figured why wouldn’t they just scream their own name upon being confronted by the werewolf and everyone would follow? The werewolves would be incapable of screaming their own name since at least one of them would have to scream from the same room as the night’s victim, giving their identity away.
"This girl is in a trap that will kill her if it senses she cries. Okay, this is great. Her family died in a tragic house fire 2 days ago, and that was her biggest mistake. Now I can say things like 'You eat your steak well done? Horrible taste', and 'LMAO, I'm gonna go spend time with my parents and siblings'. It's cruel, but necessary. 1 down, 4 to go".
Little observation: The real seer didn’t use his role ability the first night.. so wouldn’t that fall under refusal to play and instant death? Since it works that way for the WW
You could probably assume if he doesn’t make a selection the game will randomly pick for him, but since he was asleep he didn’t actually get the information
As the real Seer you can see if the girlfriend was lying about being a twin. If two twins then step forward and admit it it would’ve gotten the werewolf dead very early
WHen I play with inexperienced players, I often see the Seer reveal themselves early, earn the trust of everyone and just eliminate the wolves. If one of the wolves doesn't have the courage to confront the real Seer, they will just lose.

@@gamerwithsandwhich2160 yea thats what i was thinking
Not necessarily, framing her first and then making the confession could also have been a ruse to make them think exactly that (though not a ruse that I would recommend because of the the emotional reaction that was to be expected) and as a result pick neither his girlfriend nor him. Also, killing someone you like with your own hands is way more difficult than suggesting to others to kill her.
@@chrisrudolf9839 that is true but you could always get your partner to do the killing

Me: “What? But that makes no sense. Why would that villager accuse the twin of being a werewolf?!?!”
Because he actually just wanted her dead.

The werewolves are survivors from previous games.

it annoyed me to like wtf she won 3 games and from the beginning some of them admit they volunteered to play so like wouldnt you want to atleast know whats the reward and damn imagine protecting the last player just so she gets you killed instead of surviving

This would make himself a huge target but also secure that he is guarded each night and guarantee his protection from being voted off because:

It’s extremely stupid of the shy girl to believe the werewolf that’s she’s been in three games previously, as every one else was new to it, and she has consistently lied throughout the entire game
Yep. They knew she's Werewolf so what reason they had to believe? Plus we have 2 possibilities with 2 options each:
1. She's lying
a. We kill her - we are free
b. We kill one of us - we both loose, one is dead for 100% and we don't know about 2nd as she lost too (inside lore I always assumed that after Impostors win in AU they simply reveal themselves and kill last astronaut)
2. She's not lying
a. We kill her - we play next game. But we are alive
b. We kill one of us - same a in 1b
So simply:
A. We kill her - we have 50/50 to be alive and free or just alive (and possibly may be freed one day). Of course there is tiny chance in 1a they kill winners, but I doubt it as winners know game better which means it will be more and more interesting to watch for whoever watch it
B. We kill one of us - we are dead.

That is actually a great idea!
That's a big brain idea
Actually, the werewolves won't die unless the person is the seer/guard/twins because they already know that they are villagers, however, the seer/guard/twins can do this to survive.
You'll die if you show someone your card since it's a hidden violation that isn't mentioned in this movie.
You'll die too along with the werewolves but it would be a win to the other villagers. Means one has to be a villager scapegoat to win the game by taking advantage of the rules-

The rooms are actually supposed to be soundproof. Maybe the the movie changed or forget that though.
