जोश UPSC Podcast पर हमसे लगातार UPSC के वो Toppers मुख़ातिब हुए जिन्होंने संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) की कठिन परीक्षा को अपने जोश, रणनीति और सही फ़ैसले से सफ़लतापूर्वक क्लियर किया। इन Toppers ने हमारे साथ ना सिर्फ़ UPSC के सफ़र में आए संघर्षो को साझा किया बल्कि UPSC की परीक्षा को सफ़लतापूर्वक क्लियर करने की क्या रणनीति होनी चाहिए को भी हमारे साथ साझा किया।
आलोक रंजन जी यूपी कैडर से 1978 बैच के सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस(IAS) अधिकारी हैं। वह दो साल से अधिक समय तक उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्य सचिव का पद संभालने के बाद 1 जुलाई 2016 को सेवानिवृत्ति हो गए। सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद, उन्हें यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य सलाहकार और यूपीएसआईडीसी (उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया।
जोश Talks के मंच पर उत्तर प्रदेश के पूर्व सचिव अलोक रंजन जी ने अपना UPSC का सफ़र साझा किया। साथ ही UPSC aspirants के मन में उठने वाले अनगिनत सवालों जिनके जवाब या तो उनको मिलते नहीं या मिलते भी है तो वो उन सब जवाबो से संतुष्ट नहीं होते है। जिसके कारण कई बार aspirants असमंजस की स्थिति में रहते है। आलोक जी ने UPSC के हर पड़ाव चाहे वो UPSC के Prelims Exam की बात हो या फिर Main Exam या फिर UPSC Interview में पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों की बात हो अलोक जी ने सब सवालों के जवाबो को बेहद सरल और विस्तृत रूप में हमारे साथ साझा किया है।
Mr. Alok Ranjan is a senior ex-IAS officer & he retired from the post of chief secretary of the UP government. His wise suggestions for the UPSC journey & preparation can make a definitely big difference in your UPSC journey too. सर सबसे पहले भारत की शिक्षा पद्धति पर काम होना चाहिए। बाकी किसी को इतना लेक्चर देने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी किसी भी विषय पर। भारत ऐसी शिक्षा पद्धति से जूझ रहा है जो सिर्फ शिक्षा को थोपना जानती है उससे बच्चों का मानसिक विकास नहीं होता है। हमें सबसे पहले भगवत गीता का आधार देना पड़ेगा बच्चो को। उनको सही प्रश्न करने के काबिल बनाना होगा न कि उनके उप्पर उत्तर थोपने से मतलब होगा फिर उस फाउंडेशन पर बच्चे अपने आप अच्छी इमारत खड़ी करेंगे।
