How long should someone go without washing their hair after a fresh retwist? Or does it not matter? & how should they wash their scalp to prevent their retwist from unraveling etc.?

It depends on how long you had your locs. If u just starting out I say don’t wash your locs until you get another retwist. If you had your locs for a while u can wash it anytime cause your hair is locked in. Wear a durag or wave cap over your locs if you have starter locs so they won’t unravel
