SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Ha! You get it now, don't you? "Together" is a good song but THIS is Dimash lol. Most people are introduced to Dimash for the first time through this song so it was just a little strange to see someone discover him through something like "Together". While we Dears often recommend more of his songs along this line that highlight his insanely unique skill set he does have a huge repertoire of music in different genres, styles, and languages. Some of my favorite songs are his Kazakh pieces like "Aqquym", "Kieli Meken", and crowd favorite "Daididau". "Unforgettable Day" at GAKKU will literally blow your mind... I'm talking actual brain explosion! Just keep going, there's not a wrong turn to be had with Dimash! Ha! You get it now, don't you? "Together" is a good song but THIS is Dimash lol. Most people are introduced to Dimash for the first time through this song so it was just a little strange to see someone discover him through something like "Together". While we Dears often recommend more of his songs along this line that highlight his insanely unique skill set he does have a huge repertoire of music in different genres, styles, and languages. Some of my favorite songs are his Kazakh pieces like "Aqquym", "Kieli Meken", and crowd favorite "Daididau". "Unforgettable Day" at GAKKU will literally blow your mind... I'm talking actual brain explosion! Just keep going, there's not a wrong turn to be had with Dimash! The only suggestion I would have is to 'get to know him' a little more before diving into "The Story of One Sky". Have fun! Love from Oregon!
I agree, there is absolutely no wrong song with Dimash. We might all have different preferences but there is nothing he's done that's bad.
Honestly i don't like and is very boring and annoying when there is someone that write we dears like the person speak and write for tens of millions of dears in all the world..I don't know why these people speak for all the dears..I'm a real and true dear and no one can speak and write for me because is more right that every person speak and write for himself and not for the others..However having said that the problem is that unfortunately many people suggest and promote Dimash in a wrong way,for example people that suggest always only the songs with high notes and big vocal range..And this is a pity because the majority of the songs that Dimash sings that are wonderful,emotional,and touching are without high notes and big vocal range..And Dimash in his interviews said that he don't care about high notes and vocal range because for him are others the most important things..The Boss King Angel Dimash Forever
