    awesome...I sure would love to engrave that....you might have to anneal anything thicker

    I made one of these using the same method. I did not have and arbor press so I used my vice. I ended up using a dull chisel to add definition where the flat transitioned to the dome. The maple I used did not seem to be as hard as I thought and rounded over instead of a nice crisp fold line.

      Wood can be real picky. I think if I was going to make a lot of these I'd make a proper tool.
