Hi, I am trying to get the drum out of my Samsung CLP 310 but it is stuck on the right side. Any advice? I don't want to smash something by pulling too hard. Thanks and best regards
Please check thoroughly which part of the drum is stuck inside . Waste container box should be removed .. Pull the drum hardly there is no soft parts to be broken
I applied even more force but the drum won't come out. The pin on the gear side is stuck. I don't see any obstructions but there is no clear view. I cannot find assistance from Samsung since they sold the printer business to HP. If you get an idea...

from what can be seen it looks like the drum pin on the right side. The waste container was removed. Thanks for info. I will try even harder..
