    Isn’t it an old norman dessert like blanc manger and other ancient recipes ? Anyway they are the simplest and the best ! Thank you for the memories 😊😉🤗

      I have not used this, but you could use any small bowl shape, As long as you can fit it in your fridge to cool down, you will be fine:) Thanks for watching:)

    how do you calculate the FAT in the cream when the recipient does not give you a percentage??

      Thats a great question, I only buy cream with the percentage written on. But if is is not then most regular creams have around 33 percent unless it states otherwise.

      No,please do not mix… but you can put a square of dark chocolate as a twist when the posset is ready.
