- This is just me explaining what went on in day 1 of orientation as well as freaking out over the hotel accommodations landstar makes for their BCO's. I hate to compare the 2 but prime inc would force you to stay in their run down 2 star hotel and force you to room with someone that you didn't know. At landstar they put me up at a Courtyard Marriott with a king size bed and no roommate. it's a huge difference. either way I hope you enjoyed the video. I know it's just me rambling on for nearly 30 minutes but hopefully I dropped some useful information!

Awesome hotel! Lol, yeah sorry, wanted to make sure I was in before I said anything. The orientation staff are super laid back and like to joke around so it's a light atmosphere. Good luck on your adventures! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!

How much cost you take out the truck to landstar I hear your need 10 k and one month pay that means 15 k Total
With sfi? I spent all together about $4000.

Since I just answered this question this is a copy paste lol. If you walk away and turn your truck back in before your 3 year contract/lease agreement is up, you will owe a lot of money.
With sfi you have a few different options.
1. You can turn the truck in once your lease is up and walk away.
2. You can turn your truck in after 3 years and upgrade into a new truck for another 3 year lease.
3. You can buyout the remaining balance after 3 years, price depends on the truck you get and what lease terms they have at the time. My buyout after 3 years will be roughly $50,000

Forgot option 4
Which allows you to "refinance" for another 2 years which drops the $50,000 balloon payment by a lot. But yes, in short, you have the option to buy the truck.
